Yes, A registered user can publish properties depending on his given rights ( also consult https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/ ) and number of users will not lower your performance if you are using a server with reasonable resources and following performance best practices.

3. Sorry, I do not have any such example readily available for now.

4. You can configure theme settings to hide map on front end.

1. All contact forms displayed on demo are included as part of theme.

2. WPML is good enough for multi language websites but usually websites have similar contents on both languages. If your sites going to have different contents then you should simply install them as separate WordPress sites under separate subdomains ( this way you can complete project without WPML ).

3. Contact/Agent forms send message to configured email addresses and RealHomes CRM plugin is active it also records sent messages and auto create contacts against submitted forms.

4. I have not tested RealHomes with WP ERP.

RealHomes provides one search results page and selected options in search form results in its query string. So you cannot modify title and description for each query string.

RealHomes also provide a solution for this by providing properties templates with properties filter settings that you can use to list properties against a specific criteria. You can edit title and description of those pages the way you want.

We have not tested RealHomes with Bitrix24 or WP-ERP.

Overall every form on RealHomes generates an email and if a CRM solution is good enough to collect all data from email then you should be able to use it with RealHomes.

2) What issue you are facing with that ?

2.1) Yes you can use alternative search template ( Properties Search Left Sidebar ) as displayed in this screenshot https://jmp.sh/HXfYHwd

2.2) Duplication not works like that as a property card at any page in website is pointing to same singular property which is unique. Same thing is followed by all real estate websites around the word. So you should not be worried about such duplication.

2.3) Check this screenshot https://jmp.sh/EPRQH69 , You can show or hide any of those titles from page’s meta boxes. Alternatively you can use different header variations ( https://realhomes.io/documentation/configure-header-settings/#variations_1 )

2.1) If I use Properties Search Left Sidebar template I don’t have the option to filter the properties I want to show on that page. Instead, all properties are being shown.

2.2) I know that all properties are unique. What I was referring to is that if I set up a page with all properties for sale, it will have the exact same listings as the category page (property-status/for-sale/).

2.3) No matter which settings I try on the half map layout the h1 and h2 is always the same: http://prntscr.com/oegsl8 So I’m looking for a way to have a different h1 and h2. I don’t see any metaboxes to change that and changing the header style doesn’t solve that problem either.

3) Is it possible to deactivate the banner and still have an h1 on the page? Especially on mobile the banner takes up a lot of space, but removing the banner also removes the h1 which isn’t really SEO friendly.

To sum it up I think the easiest solution would be if there is a way to have a different category name from the name which is displayed in the search bar. Please see the screenshot which should make it clearer: http://prntscr.com/oegvwk

Update: We have improved RealHomes Elementor Addon to deal with current bug in Elementor and you just need to remove and re-install RealHomes Elementor Addon plugin and your issue will be fixed.

You can visit Appearance → Install Plugins after removal to install it.

Those strings are not coming from translation files, instead those are coming from settings.
