good evening, while browsing the demo I get The server IP address of demo.themealien.com is not found.
For some reason this theme is no longer supported, there is no drag and drop option. There is no demo site, nothing. I am going to wait for support to message me back, so far I am getting 1 star vibes.

It’s been 7 days now, the live preview is still down and without it the demo XML file provided with the theme can’t be used to import all the demo content.
The ticket is still open, nobody checked it until now. Could you provide a working XML file that can be used to import all the demo content including the images please?

none of this is working when you upload it to WordPress it tells you it needs to be debugged? Why do you keep saleing broken stuff to people and just give them problems. If we wanted something broken and it would take days to get a real reply rather than submit a stupid ticket were you will not answer for another 3 days then we could have got another product somewhere else. Fix your garbage or take it of the market. I want my money back I bought 2 items of your in a roll and both are broken give me my money back or send me the downloads that are right with the correct files and plugins right away….. And stop trying the bull line of submit a ticket. you know who bought your stuff and when

Is the theme compatible with iPhone? the sunshine video one specifically. I bought this theme 5 years ago but it had an issue with mobile views and specially iPhone, if this is fixed I will buy your version

One month and your demo continue down, you need to think to change of hosting provider
I am trying to make my site secure and It is kept from doing so because the revoluntionary slider is connecting to a site called t12sites.com. I noticed that person made a comment on here a few years ago naming his site. I dont think this is appropriate. Please tell me how to remove this from connected to a remote site built into your theme.
