Porto WordPress is fully responsive Theme so it works responsively from Desktop to Mobile version and Mobile version by default has a single Column layout, and Sorry to say that but this is not possible using Theme Options to Visualize the List View on Mobile, This requires Customization.

But we are facing with the small problem on Up-Sells and Cross-Sells. We are having huge products on our store in order to increase sales we are trying to utilize the feature called Up-Sells and Cross-Sells. while in the process it is very difficult to add Up-Sells and Cross-Sells individually.
So please let me know if there are any other ways. is there is any possibility to use category sections? Like, suppose if I will open mac laptops to create Up-Sells and Cross-Sells, instead of searching products we will search by concern category, I will take products randomly after we select the category.
I mean if you give options under search box : (search by product, search by category, search by tags) under Up-Sells and Cross-Sells section that would be lovely. if there is any option please let me know, because it is very difficult to create Up-Sells and Cross-Sells for individual products.

Sorry to say that this is not possible with the help of Theme Options as there is no option in the theme for that so this is only possible with the help of customization and we only provide our dedicated support for the Theme Options related issues, not for customization this is beyond our limitations, Hope you can understand our limitations.

The stars appears on all the products when you turned it ON from WooCommerce >> Setting, and there is no Option in the WooCommerce Plugin Setting and in Theme Options to only show the stars on reviewed products but not on the products which are not reviewed, So this is not possible, This requires Customization, If you want our paid Customization services, you can contact our Customization team for paid Customization services, or hire any developer.

, This is achievable using Live Search Feature of Porto WordPress. You can turn it ON/OFF from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Live Search, and Please remember that it only works when Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search Plugin is deactivated, they both will not work at the same time on the same site, and also Live Search means searching the Products using Live Search so if you want to go to any product showing in the drop-down you have to click on the product in the drop-down then it will take you to the particular product.

Bellow passwords do not match function doesn’t work if it is selected “short info” in Porto setting >> Woocommerce >> Registration form >> Field. Function works with “Full info” without any issue.

There may be one of the 3 reasons given below:
1. It may be your Child Theme Customization issue: As you can see in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/gvyyjtr
The JQuery issue is there and it is coming from Child Theme, So I suggest you activate the Parent-Theme on your site and check your site on mobile after removing the mobile browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and then contact your developer and ask your developer to solve the Child Theme Customization issue for you.
2. You are using the old version of the Theme 4.11.4, and the latest version if 4.11.6, So please check once with updating the Theme and Theme required/recommended plugins as well, Hope your issue will solve.
3. It may be any third party plugin confliction issue on your site, please deactivate all the third-party plugins once and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and then again activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site and then you have to contact the particular plugin Author.

So if you simply want to remove it, Just remove the Block Slug name from Content Top Section and save changes, and check your site after removing the browser cache.
