Hi!
I’m having a strange issue happening with my galleries. On my web site, the pictures are not displayed in the order i’ve previously saved in the gallery editor. And now even when i try to save any other changes to it, nothing happens…I did nothing wrong, this just happened all the sudden. It looks like some sort of malfunction…
Can you please have a look at this for me?

Thank you and sorry for my late response…
So, i do have everything up to date. I also reinstalled the theme to see if something changed but i had no different results from that either. I’m clueless, nothing seems to work and the pictures are still randomly displayed…And now i realized it got worst, when i try to change the order of the photos in the gallery editor they are like blocked there, i can’t move any pictures around…it’s very frustrating…

Seconday, when I try to upload images into a gallery, how do I format all the image thumbnails in the gallery so that they all have the same size and width (square), similar to that in the demo architecture page? When I upload images, it seems that my image aspect ratio is shown as it is in the gallery.
Please kindly advise, thank you so much for your help.
I think I can answer my own question: need to install the plugin EWWW Image Optimizer before I upload any image and the image thumbnails will be automatically resized!
Perhaps this should be added more clearly to the documentation!

Actually that’s not necessary. Theme will automatically created image size for new uploaded images. However in order to make old uploaded images generate the same image size. You have to install and run this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Hi, anyone out there? I’m not able to do anything with my blog. On Blogpage it is not possible to use your own ContentBuilder, you are not supporting Gutenberg and Elementor. So, the only stable option is to use the old wordpress editor?

About Elementor, it shouldn’t be any issue too if you updated to the latest version of theme.

The theme description states that it has Slider Revolution included. But slider revolution is asking for activation code to use its functionalities. Can we just use Home slider?

i noticed the images on product pages do not load properly when clicking if Jetpack plugin is installed.. is it not compatible or did I do something wrong 
looks like turning off ‘Speed up image load times’ fixed it. If you have any other thought feel free to inform hehe

There is simply no black button “Edit In Content Builder” available. I am only able to add blocks in the Edit Page mode but no Live visual mode. Any permission I have to set on files or any tickbox I missed anywhere? Thanks!
P.S. I just realized that this was related to another theme Grand Photography. Does this mean that Content Builder options differ between those two and Portfolio one has no Live editor?

I noticed that when I use a Parallax image option, it renders fine on the desktop, but shows a simple image with no effect on the mobile device. Any advice you may give? Yes because parallax scrolling effect required certain amount of computing resource which it doesn’t have much on mobile device so it displays background image as fallback for mobile devices.

I am testing and I see that when I configure for a single column for widget in resolutions higher than 1440 it is not aligned to the center. They are only aligned to the center when set for 2-3 and 4 columns.

when I edit in content builder modules and update both the module and wordpress page, I still get “Unsaved”, and all content is gone. Very frustrating!!!

When you edit each content builder block, it will has “unsaved” state. Then you have to click “Update” button to save all changes.
I have done so, but still “unsaved”. I get the “View page” option, but at the same time it’s unsaved. So if I view page, all is deleted.
