We want to move https://justlove.ro from Flatsome to Porto for loading speed reasons. How do you think your theme would behave for an ecommerce website with about 10000 products keeping in mind that all on-page optimisations are done correctly? Also, is Porto theme AMP compatible, at least for the blog section?

Its seems your Theme is corrupted while uploading or Installing because of server incompatibility or any other reason, so please once make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the Theme Documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/requirements-for-theme/
and then follow the steps showing in this video: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-video/
I am sure you will not find the issue and if yes then please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details and CPanel Login details so we will check and Install the Theme for you.

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You will always find the latest update of the plugin with the latest update of the Theme.

Hi there. We have raised a ticket about this, but since the latest and one-before Porto update, the Swatches on Category pages and Products are not showing – not even in the code.

Really sorry for the inconvenience but regarding the delay in reply: Our business hours are Monday to Saturday – from 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM EST, Day before yesterday was Sunday a weekend and we tried to solve as many as possible tickets Yesterday and your ticket was in the Queue and Hopefully it will be replied soon as we have to solve all the tickets one by one in a Queue as this is our system requirements.

There is no Option in the Theme for it, as the Checkout Page is coming from WooCommerce, so you have to Customize the Checkout Page as per your requirements by editing the Core files, But before that I have tried and made Custom CSS for you site and it is working, Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache:

I don’t know if you’re aware of it, but your latest theme update includes version 6.0.4 of the WP Bakery Page Builder, and there is a major bug with that version, which makes it impossible to insert an image into the visual builder using the “Add Media” button. It is a known issue, which WP Bakery has resolved in the just released version 6.0.5 of the page builder. It would be wise for you to update your theme with version 6.0.5 of their page builder as soon as possible, otherwise, you’re going to hear from lots of users complaining about not being able to add media to their posts or pages.

Show Up Sells not show button BUY on checkout page, show only compare button

Up Sells Products shows on Cart Page not on the Check Out Page and also it does not show the Cart Button on Cart Page, If Customer wants to buy it then Customer have to click on the particular product and it will take the Customer to the particular Product Page from where the Customer have to purchase it and this is the default Functionality if the Theme and there is no Option to set the Add to Cart Button to Up Sells product on Cart page, It requires Customization.
