1. We want to use this theme for e-commerce business. We want the search bar to be in the center of the header and larger. How to do that?
2. Many sections of your theme are not mobile responsive, as the initial three sections of the home page. Their respective images are not completely visible in the mobile view. Can you please help on these points.

Only Youtube videos are supported at the moment. I also recommend using Youtube instead of local hosted videos as you will get a better loading speed. You can upload your videos to Youtube and set them as unlisted.
Youtube is not accessible in our country for some reason. and Most themes by WPBakery can set a local video background.

I installed Renewable Energy demo, I noticed only front page is like what you say however products are of retail, internal pages are mixed like of IT agency, software consulting & others that are not relevant to the Renewable Energy. Do you have some real demo for internal pages as well that we can import.
Hello! You can build a complete Renewable Energy website using the Internal Pages. You simply need to swap out the text and images and add your own. Creating thematic internal pages for over 50 demos is simply time consuming and not necessary at the moment. All our clients are swapping out the content and creating a totally new website based on their ideas.

Slides dont open on mobile versions

Slider Revolution version 6 cannot display on the phone. Please check it.
There are no reported issues with Revolution Slider 6. We are using the latest updated version and all sliders display properly on mobile. Can you show us an example where the slider doesn’t behave well?

We all know that there are many bug in the new Revolution Slider 6.

I’d like to buy your theme but I have some questions before purchase.
1) You didn’t made updates since 17/06 ? I’m a little afraid of support if the theme is not very active.
2) The results on GoogleSpeed and Pingdom are poor and the website is not very fast. Do you use cache plugin ? Because Speed Index is bad compared to other faster and better optimized themes.

I’ve just bougth this theme and I’m loving it. I have one problem and I hope you can help me. I’m adding telephone and mail links to the top bar and the footer, and when I click those specific links it execute the action but at the same time the current page turns white and blank. So it forces me to refresh to continue the navigation.

I am planning to buy one of your theme though few questions down the line.
- The $49 would it come along with – (Multipage Demo Template) that will come / includes all (50+ complete websites / 250+ Template blocks / Plugins). – Please confirm.
- When you complete websites (would it include all the supported html / css / php JS files for the 50+ complete websites) including their respective images as it appears on the Demo. – Please clarify?
- The Premium plugins – as it appears on your theme details page – does that mean it will have limited access to the plugin or needs an additional subscription. I mean is that additional thing to buy?? please confirm. The plugin(s) would I get complete access to their features with the theme or I would need to buy additional subscription plan for the same.
- The slider revolution plugin – as it appears on your theme demo – does that mean it only supports the slider revolution or buyer would need to get an additional plan or subscribe with slider revolution whatever you are supplying. I mean is that additional thing to buy?? please confirm.
- Does the theme support Payment gateway? store? or an e-commerce shop front options? as it shows it has Woocommerce support once again does the theme only support the Woocommerce and I would need to buy additional plan for the same?
- The same question applies to the following as well (keydesign addon, WpBakery Builder, Revolution Slider, Redux Framework, Woocommerce, Contact Form 7) please can you clarify the same?
- Does your theme support Elementor plugin? If not are there any future development in terms of the same?
- Are there live site(s) that I can see for myself based on your existing theme?
- Lastly, is there a way I can get a hands-on practice to feel the theme as to how it will work? editing etc?

- The $49 includes all premium resources, 50+ demos, over 250 Template blocks, 6 months of free support and unlimited updates.
- What you see on our demo websites is what you get. You may need to purchase the images separately due to copyright restrictions. You can easily swap out the content and create your own personalized website.
- You can read more about the premium plugins usage terms with our theme docs.
- You do not need to purchase the slider plugin unless you want auto-updates. Please see #3.
- The theme offers support for WooCommerce. If you wish to extend its functionality you may need to purchase additional extensions. For a startup shop, you can use free plugins available with WordPress repository.
- You do not need to pay any extra fees for the plugins. All work just out of the box.
- Elementor is not supported yet, but we have it on our to-do list.
- The theme was recently launched. Unfortunately, we do not have a showcase list with websites for the moment but we are working on it.
- Regretfully, we do not have a demo website to showcase the theme backend features. This is still on our to-do list.

I am not sure what you mean when you say I get what I see but I will need to purchase something additional which isn’t part of the item? Moreover, the description states that the buyer will get a (50+ complete websites / 250+ Template blocks / Plugins) when this isn’t the case.
Returning to what you mentioned in Point 5 (The theme offers support for WooCommerce. If you wish to extend its functionality you may need to purchase additional extensions.) In contrast, in point 6 you said otherwise that (You do not need to pay any extra fees for the plugins. All work just out of the box.)
Really not sure it is so confusing for me to reach my decision? Can you please clarify the same for me.

Regarding point 2, if you wish to use the images from our live preview website you need to purchase a license for each. Most of our theme users prefer to replace the demo images with their own.
You do not need to pay anything for the plugins included with the theme.

I am looking at the demo page of the theme, when i swipe left, i see a blank white page and upon scrolling lower, i see the footer bar. Why is the width of the pages wide. Is there a way to turn that off?

Chrome on Mac (I believe I tried Safari too). If on the homepage and I gesture/swipe to the left it makes as if to open a new page then half of the page is blank so it looks very wide.
I didn’t figure out what I was seeing will I scrolled down and saw parts of the footer then it dawned on me it was the front page still. Is this clearer now? I can share more info should you require it.

how to change button at main menu

Head over to Dashboard > Ekko > Theme Options > Header > you will see two options there for “Popup Modal” and “Side Panel”. Each of these sections will display a button that triggers the popup or a panel.

The theme is great and I was about to purchase… until I checked the Web Design one on mobile. The main hero section has the image positioned bottom right where only a small part of the top corner of the image displays. Any chance you can fix this?
