You are using an old version of the theme which is the reason for Google Maps not working. There was no option in version 2.2 because at that time Google Maps service was free to use.

You can only have the option to add an API Key for Google Maps by updating Real Homes Theme to its latest version which is 3.9.1. You can follow this guide to update the theme to the latest version.

We recommend you to try to update the theme on a duplicated site first. I mean duplicate your current website to a subdomain or a sub-folder and then test the update on it before updating it on production/actual website. You can use any of the following plugins to duplicate your current website.

It is quite important to make notes during the updating process on duplicated website so that you can follow the same steps on the production website later on.

Also, make sure to backup your production website before updating it to avoid any data loss. After completing the update process you can add the API Key for Google Maps in Easy Real Estate Plugin’s settings as explained here.

1. We do not have an admin demo available for trial but you can check screenshots provided on item detail ( https://jmp.sh/AQGUvav ) page to understand how theme looks and works from admin side.

2. Not sure what you meant by planning for each agent ? can you please explain ?

3. Mortgage calculator is a widget that automatically picks property price and uses standard formula for mortgage calculation. Let me know if you want something specific out of mortgage calculator ?

4. There is no in-built solution for email campaign and you have to use a third party plugin or service for this purpose.

We do not have any admin demo available for now. Slider images in properties list effect page’s load speed due to increased number of images, that is why this is not supported by default but it can be achieved with code customisation in child theme.

You have to decide one measurement for your website and add/search property data based on that, the search will automatically work for those numbers.

If you want to have two measurement units within the same field then that is not supported for now.
