The sticky menu is deactivated by default on mobile devices, as sticky menu on mobile is usually not good design. This is because clicking on the hamburger menu will display the elements in a drop down that you should be able to scroll down. If the menu is sticky, then the menu will follow the scrolling, making it impossible to escape the menu unless you manage to close it. Elements with sub-elements will make it even more complicated. Therefore, we do not implement such an option and adding it will require custom coding. All the best.

Hello, there are some problems with the booking script. The date format is not transferred correctly (ninja forms). Also on your demo website. Everything works fine in the first step, as soon as the data is sent to the second part of the Formualr, there are error messages “Please enter a valid date!” Can you try to fix the problem on your demo website and give us the solution of the problem?

Yes, we are aware of this issue, it is caused by the date format no longer being supported in the newer Ninja Forms versions. You should change the date format of the fields to DD-MM-YYYY and it should work fine. We will fix it also on our demo as soon as possible. The theme does not include a bookings and payments plugin, with this type of functionalities. We suggest looking for a third party solution, you should be able to find a Code Canyon plugin for this. All the best.

We’ve never encountered a similar error before, so it could be related to local settings. You should contact your server admin and ask if you have any settings or restrictions related to thumbnails which can cause such an error. For the theme “dailyjournal”, I see the eval function is being called in those two files (extract.php and not-gettexted.php). Both these strings are part of the leisure.pot language file. You should be able to translate them, along with the other strings of the theme. If you are not able to create the language files through Loco, you can also use Poedit, which is our other recommended translation solution. Hello, I would like to buy this theme but first I need to make sure of one thing: I understand the reservation form is through Ninja form and no payment is made directly, booking is then confirmed manually via email. Do I understand correctly? Also, is it possible to block some dates, like in red, in the calendar which appears in the reservation form, dates for which the hotel is not available / there is no available room? thank you in advance for your kind reply!

Hi, please help me fix the double tap issue on IOS mobile navigation. The first touch only triggers a hover state and User has to tap again to open link. It s annoying please help me fix.

This is the default behavior of the mobile menu, for elements with sub-elements you need to double tap, the first tap only reveals the drop-down. If you want a different behaviour, you will need custom coding. All the best.

Does instagam use some special shortcode? I cant get this social media icon to show, its the only one. Twitter and Facebook work but Instagram doesn’t.

Hello. I’m having a problem with the Leisure Theme. The website adress is www.viajanteexpress.com.br. At the Home page, we have a photo (that of the orange dunes) that should only be at the top of the page. However, the photo is too large, taking up all the space on the site, on all pages (it should only appear on Home). The photo “stole” the entire background of the site and other pages as well, for example on a post page where the background should be white and there should be a header image, now it only has the big background photo that should not be there. I do not know if it is something related to this problem, but, the pages of posts are without a header image. We already tried everything, but without success. Please, help me!

Hello!! I updated my wordpress last week to the latest version but now I presenting some issues: I can´t update some sections of my website content because it only appears the shortcodes of the visual composer but no the editor boxes, also the front editor of the Visual Composer doesn´t work, my Google Maps is not displaying either and I can´t see where to put the API Key and when I update the Ninja form plugin my admin area crash.

I think the problem is that I have an older version of your theme… If I purchase your support can I fix these problems? Please help!

If you updated WP to 5.0+ then you also need to update the theme and all the included plugins. You can access the current version of the theme at any time in your Theme Forest account, and download it just like the first time. Ok. In that case can you tell me where to the style sheet that the custom css edits are saved in. I have some issues with deleting added css edits. I remove them from the custom css section in the customisation menu. They do not remove from the hidden css stylesheet. Please let me know how to delete custom css edits.

We want to buy this theme for a client, but after do some test in goole page speed the results are very bad (12 of 100). It shows the normal issues related with image sizes (that can be fixed) but also problems with how load scripts (Eliminate render-blocking resources, Defer unused CSS, Defer offscreen images, ...) and so,

can it be fixed to get good results in page speed?

Our demo is not optimized for speed, so you can get much better results with your site. All our scripts are loaded in the footer, but WordPress loads by default its scripts like this.
