The issue is happening in Chrome browser, not Safari.
Please update your Automotive Listings plugin to the latest version and flush any caching software you may have on your WordPress or hosting, as well as your browsers cache. This should solve the problem for you 
One real question though. On “About Us” -page there’s this “Latest automotive news” widget / module. It shows the amount of comments. Which PHP file I need to edit to get the entire comment announcement removed? I just can’t find it anywhere. Thanks for your help in adv. <3

We have not been able to replicate this problem, it works fine on numerous installs for us. If you are not using the latest version of the theme and Automotive Listing plugin I would recommend updating both to the latest versions and then clearing your cache and testing again. If that is not the issue please renew your support on ThemeForest and open a support ticket at https://support.themesuite.com with temporary wp-admin and FTP login details so we can debug the issue for you. As of v14.5 we updated this into a filter now so it can be customized via a child theme as opposed to customizing the Automotive Listings plugin. Please refer to this knowledgebase item for more information: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=21
Thank you for your reply. The problem that i am facing is that when I change the size of the “vehicle scroller thumbnail” to “640×480” its changing the picture size in the front end as well as the back end. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

There is a small mistake above of the “width: auto;” part which should be height instead.

It’s hard to say what the issue could be without being able to see the actual error that is being triggered on your web hosting account. Can you provide the error from your PHP error_log? If you are unsure where to find this you can speak with your host and they can provide it for you. When we see the error we will be able to advise you what the problem is, but if I had to take a guess I would say likely your web server or web hosting is not meeting one of the PHP recommendations: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=18

If you mean in the top toolbar it is under Theme Options >> Header Settings >> Toolbar Address Options

Hello there, when i try to update the theme it doesn’t let me, if i go in the “update settings” it says: “login with envato” if i do that i can see my registration already registered to that website and it doesn’t allow me to unlock it, what should i do?
You can also reset your license on our support site: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=15 Also if you are quite a few versions behind you will will be using the old Envato API and you will need to update your theme and Automotive Listings plugin manually via FTP, then go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and reconnect your Envato account. Envato disabled their old API without warning and setup a new one, so I as a result older connections will no longer work.

Are you sure you are using the latest v14.7 of the Automotive Listings plugin? If not please update to 14.7 and let us know if that resolves the problem.

It looks like you had hotlinking enabled under Listing Options >> Automotive Settings >> Hotlink Gallery Images but you don’t use hotlinking.

I meant Mileage per gallon (MPG), not distance driven.

Hi, when adding a Woocommerce Attribute Filter with a Dropdown style to a sidebar for example, the dropdowns don’t look quite right. The dropdown options overlay the input box by a few pixels. Just a heads up. Cheers

The update of the automitive listing plugin results in the Financing Calculator being displayed on the single listing page while it is deactivated at the settings. Think it has to do with the New class for listings. There was no problem before the update.
Check under Appearance >> Widgets >> Single Listings Sidebar you probably have it activated there
No listing sidebar and single listing sidebar are both empty
What about Listing Options >> Single Listing Page >> Financing Calculator – is this set to Hide ?
Yes is set to hide and color of hide is grey
By the way, when I use the calendar widget at Appearance >> Widgets >> Single Listings Sidebar, it does not appear on the single listing page. That for additional information. Is not a problem for me because I do not use this Single Listings Sidebar.
Are you using the latest versions of the theme and plugins?
If you are not using the latest versions then please update to the latest versions of the theme and plugin. If you are using the latest versions and still experiencing the issue, are you running any caching plugins? If so you may need to flush them.
Yes, I do. Versie 14.6 | Door Theme Suite and AutomotiveVersie: 11.1. Note: Due to this problem, I have put my live website www.onlycabrios.nl back to the previous version. This latest version is now only active on the staging website where I do not make the URL public but I can provide you privately. I had to do this because my client is not happy with such errors on his live website

Hello, When updating I get the following errors: Update theme Download the update of automotive_themesuite_package_url …
Download failed. No valid URL was submitted.
Envato changed their API and discontinued the old service so updates will no longer work on older versions of the theme. You will need to manually update your theme and Automotive Listings plugin to the latest version via FTP, then go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and reconnect your Envato account. After you do that you should be all set to receive automatic updates again going forward.
I am running Version 2.8, if i update the theme to the latest version will it cause problems with my website?
There are a lot of variables between your web hosting and web server, and the fact that you are over 100 versions down-level We would definitely recommend making a full backup of your files and database prior to performing the update in case you need to restore the website. Hi! I have the theme and after couple of months I’m having an inode issue. Car dealers upload many images per vehicle, around 20 to 30 images per vehicle, and the website will generate more 8 new images for each one, so we’re talking about of 160 to 240 images per vehicle. I was wondering if the theme has a way to use only one or two sizes and disable/delete the others. Best regards
I would recommend enabling the option Listing Options >> Automotive Settings >> Delete Associated Images as this will delete the images associated with a listing when you delete it. Likely these are not getting deleted when listings are being removed. You will need to manually delete any old unused images, but this will work for any listings you delete going forward. I have multisite install with 3 sites all on the same domain, how can I share the listings across all 3?

If they are all on the same domain you do not need a multisite, just set it up on a single WordPress install and use the inventory shortcode to display the inventory however you want.
I have a wordpress multisite setup. 3 sites in total. 2 of the sites will show only the cars they have, like 1 will show ford and 1 will show toyota, the third site I want to show all, can I do this, if so how? Thx

If they are 3 separate domains or subdomains you would need to use our Automatic Importer and Automatic Exporter plugins to synchronize the inventory between the sites. If you could put them all on one domain under domain.com/ford/ and domain.com/toyota/ then you could easily do it using the shortcode.
