Can users have multiple roles, like owner and renter? Or do they have to have different accounts for each?

1 role = subscriber which can be used in 3 ways:
1. single owner (limit submission to 1 owner) Others register and just send requests

We released 2.7 theme update with WooCommerce as option to pay for a booking. WooCommerce allows to enable on checkout different merchants from their list (please note some are paid but we don’t have control over that https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/ ).

I need help regarding 2 points :
1). We have custom requirement of Guests drop down like we have 3 groups : 1-5 Guests 4-13 Guests 10+ Guests On the basis of above categories of Group we will distinguish properties and their prices. Is it feasible to implement this?
2). For a single Property page like on my testing server : https://www.softwebexpert.net/demo/chicagoeventhousing/properties/870-building/, it displays Book Now button in right side to sent booking request to owner. Is it possible to enable instant booking for registered and non-registered users like Guest Checkout if the booking is available for selected dates?

1. So you would need to put different prices based on guest group? I am afraid we don’t have that option.
We have price per guest, you can enable the option to show price by guest and let people select the number of guest

You can put a price per night for a number of guests and then allow extra guests and price per guest for extra guests.
But to put price by a group of guests we don’t have that option and I am not even sure how it would need to work.
2. I understand, but I am afraid we don’t have guest checkout. You can enable instant booking for registered users though – as you have set as well.
We’re still gathering info about guest checkout from clients to understand the full process and how it would affect our existing functionality. If you have an example to check will look over your example.

Pre-sale question: 1. Can I add listing owner photo to the listing card? In the demo I don’t see the listing card has its own owner’s profile picture. 2. Can I make the search result grid = 3 column instead of 2 column currently? I want to display more results. And i still want to display the half map too. 3. In the search result page. After clicking the search option, it drops down a menu of filter options, however after selecting some options there, I can’t find anywhere to close the search option panel or update the search criteria. The only way I can close it is by using a computer mouse’s scroll button. What if I don’t have a mouse? It should have a Close button/update button to update and close the panel. I think its a bug so just wondering if you’ve already fixed it?

—> That option is working correctly. Scroll exists in every device, with or without mouse. And the area removes automatically if you reach back up the page.

—> The contact owner and bookings are connected to owner. If users must add their listings to the site and keep managing their listings, the both owner and booking messages will go to owner.
—> You can change owner to a user to your account, but then the users won’t be able to manage the listings.

Am i still able to display the information to the original creator of the listing after I change the owner to myself ( website owner )? Meaning they can view that the listing is there but they cannot manage or edit anything
I’m looking to build a website using your theme to collect items and rent it out as my own, so basically the original person who added the listing will not be able to receive payment/edit the listing after, but will still have the information in their dashboard. Is this possbile?

I get this message on the “One Click Demo Import”: There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually! We are renting out multiple furnished properties on a short term not daily or hourly basis and all of these properties are managed by our company. 2. Can we add different deposit rates according to renters requirements? Can we add extra service fees, for instance “skipper” “food on board” … ?
3. As a standard booking system will remaining booking dates with available and unavailable slots be differentiated?
4. Is there a login user interface included enabling the client to check for recent or current bookings?
5. Is there a mailing system included in the theme for users? (confirmation emails…)

I know this theme doesn’t support woocommerce but can install woocommerce and just use it within the theme. I can customize the look and feel of it I just want to know if it would just work.

I would like to give an option to owners for users, the same way how a user can see the owner profile. I want the same way owners to see users profile. May I know how can I achieve that? Basically, both users and owners can see both profiles and get in touch with each other. as of now we only have the option to see owners profile. What if the owner wants to search for users to pick the right people? this is very important on my website. In the admin panel, admin can see user details, can we have the option to integrate the same in front end portal?

Hello, I’m trying before you buy the theme. Everything is fine and successful but can be improved a little more .. First of all I only use wire transfer. The problem is, the customer makes the reservation and the boat owner accepts and sends the bill. Then the customer pays the deposit and I confirm that the deposit is paid from the admin panel. How do I confirm when the remaining fee is paid? “Full payment made” button does not appear in admin panel.
