I think I’ve had enough patience for several months now.
It seems like all the issues that has no solution is “referred to technical team” to die a natural death. This time, once you’re told the issues are referred to technical teams, it’s ignored.
Several issues referred to technical teams for several months now haven’t been acted on. I urge any Author reading this to check the date I purchased this theme and calculate to this moment to knw how long I’ve been configuring this theme. And it seem unending still. I love this theme! Please help get the technical teams solve the issues and finish this so that I may move on with other things.
They have been providing support, but they seem elusive this time around.
I have listed the issues am having that are either ignored or defy technical solution. (Ticket #3425) Please go take a look at them. Perhaps, you can help get the tech team to act.

Hi there, Sorry for inconvinience, i have just visited your ticket, internal support team log mentioned that there was some issue to access your site and finally settled with a vpn proxy server. Now thet are analyzing your database which is time taking task to they will respind you as soon as issue got resolved. You ricket is already marked as high priority. This issue of not being able to access my site is from Pakistan is peculiar to the support team. They should try to fix the problem from there. Other people freely access my site from Pakistan except the support team.

yes you can create unlimited categories and sub categories, also you can create unlimited content fields based on categories and locations and pricing plans, and you can add these fields in search form as well as sorting

hello! please can yout point instructions on how to use map box? what about openstreet map intergration? in theme settings on 5.5.7.1 version i see only google maps….
You can ask support team for mapbox extention, mapbox is built on openstreet map platform
i have asked the support team 21 days before and asnwered me that will be available very soon (6371 ticket).....i tried to find in your documentation and i can’t, i would apreciate if i get answer here if possible… so can i switch to the openstreet map instead of google maps that i do not want to pay ?

the worst theme and the worst team support ever, i bought it 2 years before i even bought extra support after that, but with this team support and the them’s errors i found out that am just wasted my money, i bought an alternative theme last month and everything is done perfectly

you can check with envato that am always buying from envato for more than 8 years and this is the first time i have a bad experience like that, and you can also check my purchasing extra support and you can find that am not using your theme anymore because of your bad support,
sorry to say but there is no ticket from you at all, You last ticket was addressed in August 2018, at our old support channel, there is no further ticket and suddenly you appear for refund. If you are not using our item right now sorry its not our fault nor a valid reason for refund.

I don’t need all of those fields. If yes how can I do it? Is there an option at the admin panel that will allow me to format the form however I want or do I need to edit with php code?

This theme does not work. You cannot sent messages and / or make bids. If you don’t fix it is unusable. I think you must share the release date of the fix and not say tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.
Hi There, there is no issue with messages or bids, as for as update concern it would be released as soon as its ready, We can not give a date, if you are getting an issue, let me highlight to technical team they can fix on your installation,
I wrote a lot of messages to the support and they said that the issues will be fixed in the next update. The problem is that there is not a realy release datee. Please check. If this information is wrong I need your support to fix my issue without waiting for the next release. I bought the theme 2 months ago and my website is still unavailable, this is not good.
