Hello,
I have a blank page with just the logo that came from nothing 2 days ago. I have Presta 1.6.24 and the latest update of your theme (for 1.6). Nothing has been touched in the files for about a month. Back office still works, i can check product pages.
It looks like css or / and js don’t load.
Do you already have similar issue?

enable debug mode of ps, it may give you some clues
I was already in dev mode and no error found. I figure it out with a previous database, maybe it was not theme related but it’s really weird.
I found the definitive solution for back office, modules, theme, etc… translations.
You need to go back and select classic theme (it doesn’t matter if you are using your warehouse theme):
Go to International -> Translations -> Modify Translations -> Update the translation that you want (back office, modules, theme, etc… that it can’t be translated in our warehouse theme) then
Go to Design -> Themes and Logo -> Select Warehouse or Warehouse Child in my case… then
Clear cache in Performance Settings and Wala! 
I hope this will be helpful for all of your customers too, I waste to much time solving this.

the color options in your theme has bug, i had set the default colors to brown but all items color default is red in front office another bug is that the color related images don’t change after select different colors, it is the same in your sample sites

you can get a free upgrade but you need to use account you used to buy a template

how to translate “There are no products” in search result page
Hi,
I have small problem. When I run SEO report I found that I have many H1 headings on my home page. I am displaying some products (sliders) on home page and it looks like product names from slider are H1 Headings. How can I change Product Names that are displayed in product slider on home page to let say H3 or any other heading?

it was replicated from classic tempalte since it was same way in classic template, upgrade to newer version of tempalte and h1 tags will be changed

ps_categoryproducts module doesn’t work properly in warehouse template. When caché is enabled only first item of ps_categoryproducts show the price. With classic theme works well.

I can not fix it becosue it have zero relation with template, template is just a frontoffice, you can see and there is nothing special in code, problem is on backed which is handled by module core,
Then, why is working on classic theme? There must be something affecting the smarty cache.
Hello, none of you happen that a product image with a white background if loaded with this theme produces background interference (gray lines visible only by looking at the tilted screen) that you don’t have if loaded with the default Prestashop theme ?! I’ve noticed it lately and I’m getting crazy !!!

I realized that, in a new PS installation, when I add a 1200×1200 square image with a white background to a product, then in the front office the background is a real white one.

If I install the Warehouse theme, which also changes the image settings, the white background of the image is “dirty”, with gray squares and gray lines, which can be seen only when looking at the screen from above.

I also tried to change the image settings to have all 1: 1 ratios, but nothing.
I’m not saying it is “fault” of Warehouse, since they talk about it here too, but it’s strange, don’t you think ?!
Does anything change in image compression?

Does your theme support litespeed server? If yes, do you recommended to use this module https://www.litespeedtech.com/products/cache-plugins/prestashop-acceleration over the native prestashop cache? Need to edit anything to theme/prestashop so to work with litespeed module or it work out-of-box? (prestashop v1.7.6.0 – theme v4.3.0)

it have already implemented all needed modifications so you do not have to edit anything

Hello. Is it possible to remove customer “sign in” (below the cart button top right) and “new user registration” (on check out page) any other way than commenting out these elements in the theme files’ code? The thing is that I really do not need registered customers and would not like to offer this option 
Maybe there is just a tick somewhere that says “disable registering”?

When add an item to the IQITMEGAMENU it is not possible to add a static page (like the contact us page) to the menu. I have multilanguage so I can’t just add one custom url. The menu let’s you choose only: CMS pages, Suppliers, Manufacturers and Categories. Any way to make a menu item that links to the contact page?
you can do it by using custom url, in custom url you can plase multilangual custom url

We want to use availability preferences but when we set it, it is displayed differently in the product page and in the list view. As you can see it says “dostępny” in the product list and “wysylka w 48h” in the product page. i do not pay attention on setup of demo, there is still room for improvmant, for example in your site you can upload optimized images in page builder, and install some webp extension for prestashop so products images also will be optimized
Of course there are ways to optimize Prestashop, but with default Prestashop theme gives 82/100 for mobile. There is also some theme development part that for sure can also be optimized in order to not lose more than 50 points

Style import works same as in older version, there was nothing changed. Paypal is not related to tempalte
i add more than one languages, french and germany but the ine home page of french and germany, it doesn’t show the products, just the head and footer parts
