You mean WordPress admin end? Only Administrator get full access others role limited access. It is related with WordPress user permission no relation with theme.
Instructor has special role as instructor so they can access LearnPress dashboard also students are subscriber role.

By Editor Role you can access Page/ Post. Themes can not access. It is WordPress default permission no relation with theme. See I just tested with default theme https://prnt.sc/p23vz6
If you want to give more permission then try user role related plugins.

Sir LearnPress plugin by default don’t have expiration date We don’t use this plugin you can test if it is work it for you as your requirement.
its not working dear and order date option is not working so i we want to make some order in back dates than its not working
so its mean in order section we have a option to change the order date and according to me if lets say package is for 5 weeks and we are using 1 sep 2019 so its mean expiration should calculate according to back date right …...?
and problem is when ever we are changing date in order section its not taking that date and it was saying date format is incorrect and when ever we changing the order date in back end than there is no problem and it is working smoothly
kindly help me with the solution we know if its working on backed than its should be work on order section as well

I am not sure it will work. As I told you before you need membership plugin which work with LearnPress then you can create membership package for certain day.

Is there a way to substitute a slider for the page banner at the top of the sub-pages? For example, at the top of https://radiustheme.com/demo/wordpress/eikra/about-us-3/ there is an image behind the page title. I saw the options within the backend editor to define that background to be either a color or an image, but I could not find an option to replace the background with a custom slider instead. Is that an option?
For inner page if you want to add a slider then first disable the banner then call slider in top of page within a row and make the row streach ie full row.
