You can put link for social icons from ‘Theme Options > Social Icons’. You can put ‘Social Icons’ on footer from ‘Appearance > Widgets’( On “Footer | #1”/”Footer | #2”/”Footer | #3”/”Footer | #4” ) by using ‘RadiantThemes Social’ widget.

Yes plugins get updated from our side. You need to delete the plugin for which you see update available and theme will then ask you to reinstall the plugin. Just follow the instructions on screen to update the plugin. Please refer to documentation and check plugin update section to see details of it.
A new client is running this template. I’m trying to link specific words that are written in “Custom Heading” sections. I only see that I can link the whole custom heading. Is there a way to target specific text for links in custom headings?

Hi Hugo, The theme is built using visual page builder where you can add/edit most content section using that editor. Also we have used h1-h4 tags as we found fit for that section. If you check page speed using told.pingdom.com or gtmetrix.com you’ll find high scores and mostly in green. We have optimization guides included with theme. By doing little image optimization and with stable hosting you will find you should see your site losing in 2 seconds.

I submitted a support ticket but did not receive an email confirmation that the ticket was received. The support request is regarding the search function not working, which is caused by the Redux Framework plugin. When Redux was deactivated the search function worked as it should, then once reactivated it no longer works.

Deactivate the ‘MailOptin – Lite’ plugin and search function will work well. As ‘MailOptin – Lite’ is a third-party plugin, so we can’t comment on that.

This theme currently doesn’t have this feature. We’ll come up with this feature within the next 2-3 days. You’ll be able to display team as per specific category by updating ‘RadiantThemes Addons’ plugin.
