Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available

Anyhow, please note that after installing/activating this theme, you need to install/activate all required plugins like WP Bakery Page Builder, Revolution Slider, Mikado Core/CPT plugin, etc. (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop).

Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Theme Options >> Import) or with native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.

• If you import the demo via XML, note that you need to import Options and Widgets, after that in Theme Options >> Import

Then you can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage setting >> and then choose the desired homepage.

Im sure you dont ever read through any of my comments properly before replying.

As mentioned above, it is working now.

But I had to go in to the Google console (already set up months and months ago) and enable “Geocoding API”. I use the same API in lots of other Wordpress websites with working maps but this is the first time I have ALSO had to enable “Geocoding API”, just letting others know who may have the same issue. The map works fine on the other sites without “Geocoding API” being enabled.

Before that, please check your server resource settings. Check/increase these MASTER values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.

After you do this, you can try to import the demo.

Also, note that when importing a demo onto your site RevSlider slideshow has to be imported separately. To import a RevSlider slideshow from one of our demos please go to your WordPress admin panel Slider Revolution -> Import. Search for some-slider-X.zip located in the file you downloaded from Theme Forest / XML export folder and import that demo’s slideshow.

My ticket disappeared, I can’t even see it now and the response that I got for the issue did not solve anything! I have already tried that before.. And honestly you take too long to answer and you should propose several solutions not just one if you take this long to answer at least while trying to get in touch with you we’ll have things to work on, try at least

Widget for mobile header displays content in menu area. If you want to change the position of the cart icon or other content in Mobile Area widget you will need to do some modifications.

We have finally completed our website using your theme after a few months. However we have also added the alidropship plugin which usually with other theme we have no issues at all however with the Cocco theme it is blocking all dropdown menus from opening.

Can you please advise why that is happening and if you can fix it please.

We have never asked for support before and so find it very unfair to pay again for 6 months as I was overseas and only just finished it.
