add this code in the child theme functions.php

add_filter( 'submit_job_form_fields', 'remove_company_logo_field' );

function remove_company_logo_field( $fields ) {
    // in this example, we remove the job_tags field
    unset($fields['job']['company_logo']);

    // And return the modified fields
    return $fields;
}

Note, that the code must be wrapped in the <?php and closing ?> tags.

I mean if we can have the option to add the Featured Image when adding a new job and that way it will not be visible on the main job (like this – http://www.coffeecreamthemes.com/themes/jobseek/v2/job/specification-engineer/) but when we share the URL on Facebook it will be visible on Facebook together with the job URL – What do you think?

It’s not a featured image, but a custom meta field. Because featured image is reserved for the company logo.

You want to hide that image from job description page, but still be used for the Facebook share?

Yes that is true – So is there a way to add 600X315 image size but hidden from Job Description page but when you share the job on Facebook the image is visible together with the job URL on Facebook?

At the moment it accept any image size. Are you going to post jobs only yourself, if so then you can prepare 600×315. If you also going to accept jobs posting from visitors, then it’s possible to add image size so WP will cut / resize images for that size.

To hide an image from description just add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
