If you want to use transparent header, you need to any background color and transparency within Header page settings → http://postimg.cc/Lg6Th1D3

So you can go to alter any desired page and then choose desired Header type, skin, position, background color and transparency.

As much as we understand you purchased theme accidentally, Refund Policy states that if a purchase was made by mistake, refund should be declined.

On top of that, even though you removed download from your computer, it’s already registered as “downloaded” on ThemeForest.

In either way, we didn’t reject yet your request, so you can talk to Envato, as they wrote refund policy.

I SELECTED THE CORRECT THEME when purchasing. There was no mistake from my side. I can send you the checkout screen shot.

Also, I haven’t download the theme to my computer yet, since it is not a theme that I purchased. Current It is still marked as ‘Not downloaded yet’ on ThemeForest. I can also send you the screen shot for download page as well.

If you’re referring to tour booking form https://roam.mikado-themes.com/tour-item/costarica/ it is actually hard coded inside template files, so extending it’s functionality would require changes in the files.

Please note Roam is a Tours theme and Mikado Real Estate plugin is not a part of this theme. That plugin is intended for some other specific theme/s and most likely won’t be working fine with this theme.

Unfortunately, we have not tested any 3rd party plugin for that yet, so we cannot provide you with a solid response about it, but however our theme is compatible with a lot of 3rd party plugins but we simply can’t check all of them.​

Please try to follow the instructions from this link in order to solve these Cross-Origin errors:

These instructions work for all browsers and icon packs.

Basically you need to add few lines of code inside of a .htaccess file and it is better to ask you host to do that for you in case that you are not feeling comfortable doing that:

Most of the users were able to solve this cross-origin problem with the solution from that article, but if that does not work for you, you will need to contact your hosting provide support and ask them to fix the Cross-Origin issue, as it is server oriented.

In order to solve the issue with video button you need to change the url for videos from http to https in these files:

...\wp-content\plugins\js_composer\assets\lib\owl-carousel2-dist\owl.carousel.min.js
...\wp-content\plugins\js_composer\assets\lib\prettyphoto\js\jquery.prettyPhoto.min.js
...\wp-content\themes\roam\assets\js\modules\plugins\jquery.prettyPhoto.js

You can do this with FTP.

After that clear cache and reload your page again to see result.

Within theme you have booking system with PayPal payment. It is our booking system integrated for booking tours. We included PayPal for online payment, or you could disable it and arrange payment with your customers personally, once you get email message about booking reservation.
