Hi! Theme description says, that “WPBakery Page Builder Plugin (Value of $46) Included”. WPBakery site says, that $46 subscription includes library access. I think, that the two statement means, that MediCenter users should have access to WP Bakery library, but it asks for license code. Where can I find this license code?

WPBakery Page Builder author doesn’t allow the access to library for bundled versions of the plugin. You have access to all components and theme templates but if you would like to use other templates from library, you will need to purchase separate license.

1. Yes, colors are customizable, you can set any custom one.
2. If you would like to use other set of icons, you will need to add them to theme on your own.
3. Theme is including Slider Revolution plugin, so you can configure home slider using plugin slider builder.
Hi, I’d like to report a minor bug, maybe you can fix it in one of the next updates. In the @font-face definitions for the “feature”, “social” and “template” icon fonts, the URL for the ttf font comes before the URL for the woff font. For example, in the file ”/medicenter/fonts/features/style.css” it says: @font-face { font-family: ‘features’; src: url(‘fonts/features.eot?do5ipg’); src: url(‘fonts/features.eot?do5ipg#iefix’) format(‘embedded-opentype’), url(‘fonts/features.ttf?do5ipg’) format(‘truetype’), url(‘fonts/features.woff?do5ipg’) format(‘woff’), url(‘fonts/features.svg?do5ipg#features’) format(‘svg’); font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; } This makes browsers load the ttf font even when they actually support woff. Please switch the URLs of the woff and ttf fonts so the woff comes first. Thank you.

A couple of issues, I ll start to address one by one. The first here is of a missing/incomplete image and how to replace that.

I really love the original image which you have on the demo and it will nice if i could get the same or else please guide how to replace that image.

You can use it only for one domain, for each subdomain you need to purchase separate license.
I have trouble setting up a contact form recipient email. The only spot I found about email info is on the theme options. I tried to send a test message from the contact us page but there’s no mail in the mail inbox! Please advice. thanks

Yes, it can, anyway it gives you more components and layouts available when you will use WPBakery. Page Builder plugin is included and we are recommending to use it as in most cases it makes the work easier.

Yes, if some of the images are not included, then you will have placeholder instead. All elements and pages which you can see on live preview site are included with demo content.

I just updated, but WP Bakery won’t update (tells me there is an update, but when I click on ‘update’, it says that it is the latest version. I think it is causing the problem with the slider – https://hrmx.org/. Please advise.
I have rolled the theme back to a previous version to fix the problem, but I still need an answer. Basically, the theme updated, but the WP Bakery update that should have been included didn’t work. It was stuck on version 5.4.2, but when I clicked on the update button, it gave me a message saying that it was already the latest version.
Please remove WPBakery Page Builder and theme will display notice to install it again, follow screen instructions then and you will have the newest version installed. In some cases because of the WordPress permissions the update button may not work.
