If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 20USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION

4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one.
5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
6) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
7) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.

1) Select the file demo-list-name.xml(ex.demo-list-1.xml) and click Upload file and import.

2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header
Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it.
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.

Hi, this is not a code or error related to the theme, most probably is some plugin. Anyway it is just a warning, you can hide it by disabling WP DEBUG into the file wp-config.php. Thank you!
i did but we did not install any other plugin in the site. and another thing is iadded the smtp info that i am already using to send email from other application. but the email is not going. i did put the same email address in username and email position. it is always sayin its failed to submit contact
The contact form is basic and if it do not work the fastest solution is to use a plugin like CF7, if you want I can install it for you.

Hi the site keeps going up and down so frequently without Any pattern from the beginning.the hosting is capable that i knkw cause i have runing 6 big systems in same hosting plan in different subscription. But in here this is the only one.

Hello, click the “gear” icon on the top right of the component to open the Settings Box, then, under STYLE insert “background-color: red;” change red with any color, mind that this may not work for all components, you need more control under design customization but you do not know the web design and css you will need a tool like Yellow Pencil.

Hi. Since the last July update, all pages using builder are very slow. Each of one use 99% CPU to run and slow down the browser speed. I did a test with a new install without any add on and it’s same. With this speed (40s by scroll or saving) it’s impossible to use anymore this theme.

To help to debug, The problem occur only with chrome (I use the last version, PC). People using Safari (Mac) or Microsoft Edge (PC) don’t have this problem.
Additional note : you have another bug. Your demo pages link to your own images hosted on your own server not https and not from the download pages. It provide some security error messages but it don’t solve the problem when we remove them.
Hi, this do not seem a problem related to the item, something related to your chrome or os. Try to clear the browser cache or use Incognito Mode.

From my last test, it happen strongly with a 5Mb internet connections and lowly (but happen) on 15 Mb internet connection..

I tried, but it didn’t fix it. I even tried to download the Disable Gutenberg plugin. It didn’t work. Another issue is the big titles flicker after a reload.

You can update the theme and the plugin via FTP or, to do it via WordPress, delete both the theme and Hybrid Composer plugin and install the new theme. Always make a backup of the database and of the theme and plugin folders first.
You can also update only the affected files: comments.php into the theme’s folder and index.php into Hybrid Composer plugin folder.
This hack should only affect the database “siteurl” option, so no files should be affected, you can restore the website by update the database record on wp_options table, record name: siteurl

1. The site has been compromised and there are malicious files inside the folders. Delete all files except the /wp-content/ folder and the wp-config.php file and upload again the file of the latest wp version. Also carefully check the folder /wp-content/ for suspicious files. But due you’re restoring an old, safe, backup of all the website, I do not think this is the case.
2. The hackers have the FTP or WP or MYSQL accesses, update all the passwords.

Now there are also new bugs, specifically:
1. We can no longer insert a href links in text blocks with target=”_blank”.
2. We can’t add more than two categories to a blog post. Otherwise, it replicates to other blog posts.

We moved over 1,000 pages of our blog to your new theme. We wanted to change “Blog Template” from classic to one of the Blog Templates in the theme. When we make the change, the content disappears for the blog article and we have to copy and paste the content back into the Hybrid Composer.
How can we import all 1,000 pages into our blog and get it to work with the “Blog Template” we want to use?

The parent link for drop-down uses ”#” and still doesn’t do any activity on a phone, it just gets coloured, but you can’t see the sub links. You can not maintain the link on parent menu items of subitems on mobile or the dropdown menu will never open. This is logically impossible. I advice you to remove the links on parent items or leave it and add it again into the dropdown menu as well. (almost all websites, including Envato, do the same).
You can not automatically update the plugin and the theme unfortunately.
