I just submitted a second ticket asking about WP bakery not updating with bundled premium theme – you send me a link to download the theme again and re-install it. I’ve done this, why must I do it again? in fact, must I just ikeep doing the same thing over and over again and have the same result. – is WP Bakery full version bundled with your theme or not?

WP Bakery full version bundled with Native but templates preset are available only for activated (separately purchased plugins). To update plugin there is no need to delete it, check http://nativewptheme.net/support/first-steps/native-theme-update > Updating the plugins.

I’ve done all this, The plugin updates are still asking me to purchase the premium versions of WP bakery and Revolution slider

OK, deleted the plugins, updated the theme, re-installed the plugins, updated them. WP bakery OK, but getting this message on Revolution Slider: ” Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits (e.g. Live Updates).”
Now also seeing this on the updates panel: “Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder.”
“Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits” added by slider itself, plugin provides premium templates available only if you purchase and activate plugin, this functionality is not included to the bundled plugin. The notice is added by WPBackery to force users to purchase plugin separately, however, the update is available in theme.

I just purchased this theme. It says the link has expired when I try to upload it to Wordpress.

I cant find the knowledge of the theme Regarding: Header Builder, If I use a custom header, were should I select it on the page setting? (there is no such option)

Please check Page editing > Header style > scroll down the dropdown > here you will see all custom headers (they have Constructed in brackets after header name) http://prntscr.com/oorwxc.
In case you need to set header all over the site, you can choose it in Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings. Custom header style will be set after 14 header style presets.

Hello, I know my support period has expired but the theme has a big problem with the DFD-tabs element that I would like to be fixed, I believe this is a bug and no extended support is required right?
On the desktop the DFD-Tabs or DFD-Tour elements work well, but on any mobile device there is a bug that the page does not follow the accordion, please see an example:

The theme options have no such feature, unfortunately. As an alternative, you can create some kind of Footer with the WPBakery Page builder elements at the end of the pages where you would like to have another Footer section.

Thanks for the valid screenshot! Unfortunately there is no such option in the theme functionality.
You can create such effect (orange overlay) for the image in an appropriate image editor and paste this ready image with the overlay as a Custom header image.

Unfortunately there is no option to set up the exact height of the Sticky header in the Theme options. So the size is default.

I click on buttons on pages e.g “view all tour” on the travel agency theme or “make an appointment/book free date” on barbershop theme which leads to no where. Are the themes missing modals? Or once installed these buttons have their destination pages/modals?

Seems you are referring to the button modules, the supposed to have simple links. “view all tour” can lead to your custom page but it’s not supposed to have any additional modules. “make an appointment/book free date” can lead to the Contact page for example.

So there is no page where all tours are displayed and no booking modal so that user can pick dates/hours etc?
No, it’s not supposed to be in our demo, also the tours are added with the help of the woocommerce plugin as products. Booking is not included in the theme as well. You can use DFD Contact form with the date filed to make a booking.

You can add WPBackery modules to the Single product (they will be displayed in Description tab on product page) and to the Shop page but there is no option to add WPbackery for posts or portfolio archive pages.
