In Carousel (Custom) element, slide always have 30px margin-right, may I know any setting can reduce it? thanks

I don’t think you can reduce it but you could apply “margin: 0 -15px” on the inner element to break out of it if you know what I mean, similar to how Rows are handled in Bootstrap 3, with negative margins. Hi! You have a great product that we would like to use in many projects! But we have a question to which we could not find the answer: depending on the project, we need the ability to add our custom elements to the builder. Is it possible to do it and how?

I’m really happy, that you like our work! The builder elements are far complex and the builder is overall very easy to use, so we do not have these requests often. Because our clients are able to use just the Fresh Builder with the predefined elements.
Adding the custom one is possible, but we do not have any tutorials about it.
You can look into the code, how the current builder elements are added, and just duplicate the code into your own plugin. Beware, there is one thing you need to do – clean the backend cache every time you make a change in the element or add a new element

Hi, for the form wrapper function, is there anyway to add the progress bar after button “send” is hit? sometime user doesn’t know that they already send out the message until they see the success message.

But I am not referring to success message, which is after the message has been sent successfully and known to user; I mean a “progress bar” after hitting the “send” button and before receiving confirmation of success or error. Can you please just point to the direction / guide on the tutorial on how to add it? thanks!

I don’t think there is anything like the progress bar you are describing, you could code one in yourself by hooking the submit button click event for example.

How to change the breadcrumb please. The title is an h2 and for a better SEO i want to change it to h1.
But it seems to be hardcoded in wp-content/plugins/ark-core/builder/elements/Breadcrumbs/Breadcrumbs5/class.ffElBreadcrumbs5.php
So if i have an update of the plugin my modification will be erased.

Please do not modify the theme files if at all possible, as you have said, the changes are deleted with each update.
If you open Element Library in Fresh Builder and search for “breadcrumbs” keyword, you will find various breadcrumb elements and I am pretty positive that at least some of them will allow you to change h2 to h1.

As i understand the THEME has included REVOLUTION SLIDER. Where can i find the activation key? It’s not automatically activated.

Activation key is only for people who purchase revslider directly from them and have their own license. You are seeing the warning because the builds are the same for themes and for direct customers. You can safely ignore it or purchase your own license if you want.

Hello. Images and buttons are being deleted by themselves when I try to update pages. And also, I cannot change some infos(tel) on buttons because I cannot see them when I have opened the element. How can I improve these issues.

Can you, please, try to go to WP Admin -> Ark -> Dashbaord and hit the “delete backend cache” and also “delete frontend cache” on the second tab there? This should solve your issue – it only seems like your options were wrongly cached a little bit

With this particular blog element you would need to use the Custom Code tab to specifically target the image on your own. Otherwise you would need to use one of the more simpler blog elements or construct your own using the Loop elements.

It’s not exactly what you write. I think… I found a strange relationship. When the image settings in “image link” is set to “no link” all settings work. When I set “single post” or “Lightbox – Featured Image”, any settings no longer work. Is this the intended operation of the ARC or an error?

hello is your theme compatible with woocommerce bookings? ie I will be able to place where you want the calendar and modify the colors using your theme? Check out the height “compensation” feature in your header settings. Sometimes you want it on or off depending on your design. What is basically happening is that your main content is either:
A ) not pushed far enough from the top
or
B ) pushed too far from the top
