I’m trying to install the demo ‘squareroot-demo-data_unzipme.zip’ but I keep getting the error message ‘The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.’ Please advise.

Do not install squareroot-demo-data_unzipme.zip. You have to extract squareroot-demo-data_unzipme.zip. Then you will find a zip file squareroot.zip. Use this file to install.

Love the theme. We even installed it for us.
One issue is that the front page does not want to show. We tried all options disabling it and enabling, removing from menu and adding it, changing meta boxes. Is there something we are missing? We followed the documentation closely.

Are you using the theme? You don’t see the answers on our support forum because you don’t login the forum. And in order to view the answers on the Squareroot forum, you have to use the purchase code to register your user. You will get the purchase code after you bought the theme.

The post I made on the Thimpress site was deleted. No support given. It is not because I wasn’t logged in, as you don’t allow people to post on those forums without having a verified purchase. it seems the only way to get a response from your company is to post publicly so that people that haven’t purchased yet can see. Again For anyone that has question I am happy to provide pictures of my many attempts to get their attention to fix a theme i purchased from them. Learnpress pages are completely blank. If you would like for me to stop posting about poor support, perhaps you should offer support to a PAID customer.

It seems that you purchased our theme AcademyLMS which is sold on our site thimpress.com, not Themeforest. That’s why you can’t see the answers in another forums such as Eduma because the theme is sold on themeforest.net and you will need to have the purchase code to login Eduma forum (or another premium themes).
You also created the same topic on both forum AcademyLMS and LearnPress forum. We didn’t delete any your topics. Our supporter has already replied your topic. Check it out plz.

would love to have more template customization available via admin panel, not just custom css actual easy to use custom single click changes, and updates in the admin panel with more features, features specific to mobile and responsive features like selecting a mobile/retina specific logo, background images, colours, etc, even the footer could have more customization options.
