When you purchase a theme from ThemeForest that bundles WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider, you are free to use these Premium plugins with the theme. However, your purchase does not give you individual WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider licenses. Activation doesn’t mean the plugin will not work but only that you cannot receive direct updates.
You can use these plugins with the theme and you are fully compliant with the Envato’s policy, but you cannot activate them as the owner (so don’t try to use the theme purchase code to activate one of these plugins).
New plugin updates will be provided when we issue new theme updates. As soon as a new version is available for download, we will surely update the theme after we will fully test the plugins to make sure there are no bugs that will conflict with our own update.

That’s the footer menu. Head over to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > select the Footer menu > add/remove items from the menu.

To update the plugin head over to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins > you will see an Update link next to each plugin. The latest version for the slider plugin bundled with the theme is v6.0.5. We will soon update to v6.1.0

If you open the page in the admin area you will see the Featured Image metabox. From there you can remove the image for both posts and pages.
Sorry, I didn’t quite get what you mean. Where exactly in the admin area? Settings? Theme options?
Dashboard > Pages > select the page where you need to remove the image > in the right sidebar you will find a Featured Image metabox.

The featured images are shown at the top of the page. You can check that our with our live preview website. If you want to completely hide the featured image you can try using the following CSS code:

To close the video modal you can click anywhere outside that box. You do not need a close button.
It is a UI bug…... In mobile device, if i click anywhere then it do not close.
We’ve tested this on a Android and Apple device. The video modal closes properly on our end.

1. SEO questions
The theme uses Headings tags in the correct way. The H1 tag is used only once on all pages and H2 tags are used only for section titles. The rest of the headings can be used as much as possible without impacting the SEO score.
If you consider that the use of Heading tags is an important part of SEO rankings I can assure you that this goes a lot deeper than that. Please research this, you will find varying opinions as it is a hot topic.
Anyway, the theme offers the option to change the heading tags as you wish. Each element can be configured and you can change the title tag.
2. Font files
We can replace the large font files. Our support team can help with that.

1. You can add Social Icons in the Topbar area from the Theme Options panel and use a widget to add them in the Footer area.
2. SEO is a big domain. Can you be more specific?
3. There’re a few general performance optimization recommendations, which will get you a decent result in Google PageSpeed Insights and other tools:
- Enable cache. Use a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache - Enable CSS and JS Minification. You can use Autoptimize. - Improve Hosting Configuration. Ask your hosting provider to enable gzip compression and leverage browser caching. - Enable Lazy Loading of Images
4. Our support team can help with that.
5. This requires adding a few lines of CSS code. Our support can help with it.
6. How could I reduce its number of server requests. Please see #3.
7. The theme doesn’t cover that, but you can achieve the same results using a free plugin from WordPress repository.

So a couple of things:
First – I was told when I was given my refund for this theme that I would still have access to everything but now I cannot open new tickets and you’ve closed all of my other ones.
Second – This morning you told me that I need to update my WP Bakery to use it properly within the theme, well that is actually up to you to do since my license is through your theme (according to WP Bakery).
So I would like full access back to support for this theme as well as my WP Bakery updated please.

Once you ask for a refund, the theme license will be revoked, meaning that you are not entitled anymore to use this theme. If you wish to continue using the theme and get access to updates and support, you need to purchase another license. This is how refunds work.
Nistor Bogdan had replied to my ticket saying “We can offer your money back and you can still use the theme.” I am confused? Also, I was in the middle of a support ticket because my website is pretty much broken due to your theme and it was closed before resolved.
In case of a refund, the support is also revoked. Think of it as when you buy any product on the market and then you return it and get your money back – you won’t get support for it and you can’t use it anymore.
I would send a screenshot if I could upload images on here. Nistor Bogdan (I’m assuming one of your employees) told me that I would be refunded and still be able to use the theme. That is the only reason I submitted the refund request because I also would assume I would lose access afterwards. But he assured me that I would not so I went through with it. Will you take accountability for what he told me? Or do you just get to lie to your customers without any question?
