Horrible customer service. I would never recommend to anyone. As soon as I bought the theme, it required me to active through Envato website.
As soon as I purchased the theme, I went on my website and clicked the URL to activate the theme on my website, but it directed me to empty website?
So I went on to Evnato to file a ticket to get free support, but that URL didn’t work either?
So I left comment on comment section, and they are telling me that I need to activate it from the wordpress. WTF?
I’ve requested for refund to Envato because I lost my client. Envato told me that they do not have anything to do with the theme and I needed to contact creator named Thoa Kim.
I’ve contacted them through form Envato sent me. Thoa told me that they cannot refund because they never received the request from me at that time..? I’m not even too sure if they read my situation..? I wasn’t able to request for a support because their link/URL didn’t work at that time.

It’s required to login your Envato account to import demo data. It does not relate to the support forum link. You don’t have to activate your Envato account to access the forum.

The theme is built by Visual Composer or Elementor. You can select one of the 2 page builders to use. And the pages built by Visual Composer or Elementor look the same. They’re just different in back-end.
Can I disable visual composer without breaking your theme? I’d like to avoid bloat by using VC
When importing demo data, you select Elementor page builder, Visual Composer will be deactivated. So it will not affect to the site.

Hello, love the theme and am looking to purchase it. My only question is whether or not we’re able to add an “upload” option in the contact form? So they can upload a picture of their property? Nothing fancy, just want a user to choose an image on their computer and it uploads and gets sent to our notification email. Thanks in advance! – Shane

The last update was on April. The update on 13 August is just about the changing of theme’s name (Ivy School to IvyPrep). Don’t worry about this.
But a month ago you’ve told me also that the update is about theme’s name ?

I’m having problem with using this theme. I’ve paid for it and installed on my website. However, from the “Product Registeration” when I try to login to verify from envato, it doesn’t lead me anywhere. So I went to the item support to submit support ticket, that doesn’t lead me anywhere ??? How am I supposed to contact them with this problem?

Hi, both themes use LearnPress for LMS system so they will have the same LMS functions but there will be differences about the theme’s features.
pre purchase question: Can I use your theme with WPLMS instead of LearnPress? I love your theme, but I don’t want to use learnpress. is that possible, or is the theme only built to be compatible with learnpress?

You can use another LMS system but it will cause some style problems and you will not use the LMS shortcodes in the theme because those shortcodes are built for LearnPress only.
Hi there, Custom Page Title options in Display Settings section work fine on standard pages, but don’t work on Learnpress pages, like courses pages. In Collections the Display Settings section is not avaliable. Are these known issues? Do I have to rollback to a previous version of LearnPress? Thanks
