Hi, I installed the theme without the demos files and my website is almost complete. Now, I need some pages included in your demo and I was looking for the .xml demo file. I followed the instructions reported in https://themovation.helpscoutdocs.com/article/180-missing-demo-content-xml-file, but the “demo_content” folder contains only 3 .txt files (_REV_SLIDER, _PHOTOS and _GROOVY_MENU) with some links to specific contents and not the .xml file. where can I found it or how I can update the demo pages on my website? thanks
Hi! We actually use Elementor now, so you can import the templates and use them to create your pages. Look under WP Dash / Library / see if you have any listed there. If not, please create a ticket and I”ll send over a zip.

When I updated the elementor plugin to the latest version the website gave the error “This site is experiencing technical difficulties”. Is this a known issue? Thanks.

Do you do something to control Elementor from updating outside of when the theme is updated? It seems to be many versions behind (2.5.15 when the current version is 2.7.2), but it doesn’t show that any updates are available nor does it let me choose to update to the latest version.
I use it on other sites, but this is only happening where I’m using your theme.

Hi I am having trouble with this theme being mobile friendly. How to i convert it to mobile usage. The pictures I have only come in if you turn your phone horizontal. And the sections that have a picture/words next to one another come onto of each other. Please help! thanks!

Is it possible to show a pending booking in the availability calendar (for example a yellow color?)
Good question. I had a look and there is no specific class for pending vs booked, so there is no way to apply a style to that calendar date. You could probably customize using the templating system, but you may need some PHP and CSS knowledge.

we have a problem translating all the parts of the website with WPML.
1) we can’t figure how to translate the content of some footer widgets (the contact for example) and the items in the top bar over the header
2) Calendars do not show in the the translated accommodation pages.
3) The date fields for checkin and checkout in the translated accomodation pages do not work and give this error in the browser console: “Uncaught TypeError: this.roomTypeData.fillDateData is not a function”

Critical error with updated WP/Woo and Motopress Booking. Seems to be a new version of the plugin out?
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 3 of the file /www/webvol29/sw//public_html/wp-content/plugins/motopress-hotel-booking/includes/settings/payment-settings.php. Error message: Namespace declaration statement has to be the very first statement or after any declare call in the script

I’ve been trying to add translations to the following custom post types with elementor and Calendars but I’m facing issues.
1- Custom post types (Accommodation) :
Accommodation 1 :
English works fine : https://casas-serenas.pt/accommodation/bonita-guesthouse/ French : https://casas-serenas.pt/accommodation/bonita-guesthouse-fr/?lang=fr
Issue with french translation is : Gallery images are missing, as well as other images
Accommodation 2:
It is the same as the first accommodation
Here’s what I did trying to solve the issue but didn’t work :
Deactivated cache plugin Paused the website from cloudflare and purged the cache Added the gallery images and other images manually
2- Translated Calendars :
I’ve tried all possible ways to show my calendars to the translated accommodation pages.
That would be nice from you if you can solve this issue
3- Another issue you should know about :
I had issue showing elementor builder in translated pages, it loads and crashes,
When i deactivate WPML then, the website shows errors “site experiencing technical difficulties etc…).
The problem comes from the Page Builder Widget Pack plugin, I had to rename it via FTP, deactivate all WPML related plugins, then rename Page Builder Widget Pack plugin.
Here’s what I do to translate pages :
I duplicate the original page
I change its language to french and I assign that page to the english translation (classic editor dashboard)
I go back to the pages (french) and click “edit with elemntor)

Have you tried to update the theme and Widget Pack Plugin to the latest versions?

Are you using the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin? They support WPML, not 100% sure about Polylang at this time. Our rooms custom post type will work with Polylang and WPML. Are you editing the Accommodation Type?
Someone has recently recommended https://translatepress.com/ I haven’t tested it yet but they’ve had success.

I’ve been speaking with you via themeforest support, thread comments below. Thank you for your support so far. This project is really important and we want to ensure we go with the right theme provider.
I am looking to customise the pricing module to be very specifc to our business needs. I understand what variable pricing can offer consistent discounts by the number of days booked, but we have a different business model that works very well. Instead of applying a discount to the total dollar amount e.g. stay 2 days = 10% off or $600 or stay 3 days = %15 off or 850 etc. We want a very flexible pricing module that will allow us to create the following:
- First 2 nights are full price - Every night after the 2nd night is charged at a reduced fee - Examples below - I know you’re thinking it’s the same as taking a % off the total but doing it this way makes us more money so we want to stick with it
2 night weekend $3200 (2 x $1600) 3 night weekend $3800 (2 x $1600 + $600) 4 night weekend $4400 (2 x $1600 + $600 + $600) 5 night weekend $5000 (2 x $1600 + $600 + $600 + $600) and so on…. 2 night midweek $2000 (2 x $1000) 3 night midweek $2600 (2 x $1000 + $600) 4 night midweek $3200 (2 x $1000 + $600 + $600)
Can only do 5 night midweek then reverts to weekend price…..
We need to be able to set each of the prices manually for each property.
Also very important you can do 3 night and 4 night minimum on special holiday long weekend periods at different prices….. (you’ve answered yes to this one. But we need to make sure that the 3 and 4 night periods only apply during holiday periods, not just normal weeks during the year).
We also have many public holiday long weekends that we need to be able to manually adjust the price for.
Essentially we need the pricing to be VERY flexible for each property (we have 60 at the moment, will be close to 100 by the end of the year hopefully).
Can this be customised using your system and if so what is the approx cost and timing?

I bought the theme Bellevue, I followed all the installation steps and when I get to the last section of the ocnfiguration, that is, the one from “see the page” I get an error at the top that says exactly this:
Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /usr/home/rayoexperience.com/web/wp-content/themes/bellevuex/plugins/envato_setup/envato_setup.php on line 37
I followed all the installation steps that came in the video and I had a totally different result.
Then I tried to reinstall the theme and in the configuration section on most items the system said ” Ajax Error”.
I installed the theme on a testing platform with CDmon hosting.
