Hi! I just updated my Kalium Theme, with quite drastic consequences to the design costumizations that I made. Is there an easy way to return to the old version? Or do I need to install my backup to go back? Thanks!

Can you please tell me what problems you experienced and what version of Kalium you were using before?
Here are some useful tips:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.
2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.
3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .
4— If you were using Kalium 1.x before, please read this article carefully Upgrading from Kalium 1.x to Kalium 2.x.
5— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Hi, I have bought Kalium to build my own website and really liked it. Now I’m thinking to buy it again for a client of mine. I wonder if with this theme I can make something like the following : On a webpage, users can fill in a questionnaire ( it should have check boxes and blanks to fill in) and click a send button to send this questionnaire to the website owner. I want to know if I can build the form of this questionnaire? Hope this is clear and thanks in advance for your answer!

hello, i can see on a project item page it has the option to share that page in social media which is quite good but are you planning on having social media buttons so that we can have the social media pages of the current product? in this way people can navigate to the social pages of the product they are looking at if it has that is.

Hey there, ι recently created this theme https://arcons.gr/en/ but I have the following problems, in the Portfolio settings when I select Simple Next-Prev (in the end of page) the option is not activated. The second problem is if i select Fixed Position Next-Prev, in project https://arcons.gr/en/projects/neo-ktirio-xenodoxeio-vasilikh-lefkada/ the choise next project is doesn’t work and i can’t see the following projects.

Totally love the theme and it was worth every penny. I have one issue tho. I’m using a youtube video as the background for a section but the video doesn’t seem to play on mobile views. Is there any way i can make the video background work on mobile as well.

Hi, I see that most of demo are “boxed”. Please let me know if there is possibility to set “photography” demo (https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/photography/) as full-width wide template, and everything will be properly working on all devices in this case?

Hey there, Read a lot of posts about speed. I have suffered a slow site since day one. With little to no progress in speeding it up. I just read a couple of posts which say:
3— We support WP Super Cache, WP Super Minify and other caching plugins.
I’ve tried WP super minify, and it breaks the theme completely – stopping any portfolio content loading entirely. This is in it’s default setting – so had to remove it. Something is clearly not right – wonder if you could advise?

Kalium and Aurum are different products of your team. I’m comparing themes that’s why I asked questions for different themes. I don’t understand why you questioned me for asking questions rather than giving me simple answers to the presale questions. Until now I still haven’t got the answer for ” if it’s available to mix layouts from different demos” .
But there is no need for the answer, I will not order any of the theme, although I like the designs, support is much more important than that. And from your tone, I don’t think you’re friendly.

Whenever I visit my website with a new device or browser, many photos of my portfolio items only show the top half of the picture even though I’m waiting for a long time.
If you go back to the main page and come back to the portfolio page, this issue normally disappears.
I’m sure the picture sizes aren’t too big and it happens randomly no matter what size is. It didn’t work even after using smush plug-in.

Hi there, I’ve purchased the Kalium theme and downloaded the demo content for the “Photography” layout, and have had a lot of malfunctions with the images not appearing on my site. I’ve been working on this for weeks…I’ve read all the articles, tried everything, triple checked all my settings, submitted a help ticket (the person is not able to sign into my account to see what the problem is even though I’ve provided my username and password multiple times). I have no idea what else to try, please help!
