Hello guys. I want to ask you what is the problem with the Instagram feed because I am having a problem. I am currently running ad campaigns on multiple platforms and the Instagram feed is not working.
I have already tried to reconnect account and I have disabled and enabled TheAisle Instagram Feed plugin but nothing happens. I also have deleted the cookies on the browser before trying to reconnect.
Pls don’t suggest to use another plugin because your plugin appears automatically on every page and I can’t go over each page to add a new plugin.

ive recently bought the theme, and i tried to install Slider Rev. Now Slider Rev says the plugin is need to activate. At Plugin Activation section I need a Purchase Code, which is missing from the revslider licence txt. Can you tell me, how can i activate the RevSlider plugin? Thank you!

There currently are no showcases of this on our demo site, however, you have two options for using videos on pages.
The first option is to add a background video instead of an image in any of the sliders you see on the demo site. These sliders were created using the Slider Revolution plugin that you receive bundled with the theme upon purchasing and can import the exact sliders from the demo so that you can simply replace them with the video of your choosing.
The second option is to use our own shortcode “Video Button” by adding it into the page using the WP Bakery Page Editor plugin that also comes bundled with the theme with full functionality. Also, you could add it as row background within the page as well.

Open up the Slider Revolution “wedding-announcement-1.zip” – Open the text Document “slider_export.txt” – You’ll then be able to search for the Default Date and Names – Save the File and Upload the zip folder.

You can change the text of this slider by navigating to and editing the main-home slider clicking the Static / Global Layers and changing the layers you’d like. See image here.
In order to change the images you have to edit the individual slides of the same slider and click on Main Background and Media Library. See image here.

The last update of The Isle theme was on July 3rd, so that might not be the cause of the issue you are experiencing.
Please make sure that those images do not contain special characters in their titles, this may cause the feature to break.
If that doesn’t help when you add the Instagram Widget in Appearance > Widgets, you should leave the fields blank in order to test its functionality. See image here.
However, if it still does not work, you can try using the instagram feed plugin. Here is the documentation for the plugin.

in the Photography Home demo how would you change the images and stories on the main page?

To customize the portfolio items shown on the Photography Home page you need to edit the page and edit the Elated Portfolio Shortcode. Then you can set the category filters and the sorting option for the list and it will list out the portfolio items that were created and are within the set parameters.
In order to change the images of the items themselves, you will have to navigate to TheAisle Portfolio > and edit the portfolio item of your choice. See here, and here.

I purchased your theme and used it for a wedding RSVP site – now the site randomly is saying “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”
I have removed each plugin one by one to see what was all of a sudden causing this and it is the plugins associated with “The Aisle”.
Now I have guests trying to RSVP and can’t get to the website – what is going and why did this happen all of a sudden?!

1. The way logo dimensions work:
Maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header.
As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100×100, the actual dimensions will be 50×50.
In case you want a logo that is 100×100, you need to upload an image that is 200×200, and set the header height to 100.
2. Just go to Appearance → Widgets → navigate to Left widget area → and remove desired widgets.
