I am having the same problem as two other users above but never saw a direct fix. When I try to edit text in the pagebuilder (for example, text in a new icon box or a previously made icon box element), the pop-up page semi-freezes and the content text is white. What freezes is the submit button, the ‘X’ close button, and also the buttons to switch between text+visual. The dropdowns on the page still work fine, but that doesn’t matter to me because the save button doesn’t work.

I updated to the latest theme via the Envato Market plugin (I’m now at version 2.23). I deleted the GoodLayers plugins and then reinstalled them (they’re now at version 1.0.1 except GL Conference which is 1.0.3). I am running the latest Wordpress 5.3.2 (I was having the same issue when I was on 5.2.x and I updated hoping there would be a fix). I also disabled my other plugins to test and there were no changes in functionality.
Please let me know what else I could do to fix this issue, I’ve been searching the internet for solutions for hours now. Thank you!

Kindly iam going to buy this theme but i need to know the following i’m going to use the system as a training center website which have variety of courses and each course may have two or more schedules ( Dates ) . i need customers to choose to register in on of its schedules according to his needs ( choose date before purchasing ). i need also to know if there is an option to bulk upload data and i mean courses names dates and price i will set them in example excel format and upload theme once per time , i need to know its availability

Hello. When I try to upload the theme into Wordpress, it tells me that it failed because the style.css does not exist. How do I get around this issue?
To install wordpress theme, please follow these steps.
1.) After you downloaded file from Themeforest. Do not upload it yet. Extract it!
2.) You will find 6-7 folders and some files inside. You’ll see the file called ‘thekeynote.zip’
3.) Upload this file through wp backend.

Can you fix the navigation problem? Sometimes the navigation will be over than two lines.

It’s the way it work because the fixed width, so if you have a lot of menu item, it will go to next line, please reduce menu item to maintenance your menu work with one line instead.
Can you please just replace it as a respontive navigation? Because the one now is not good for current webste style. Everytime i should adjust the contect to fix the place.

hm, we don’t have that option in the theme. Another way can be done is to reduce the space and size via css. Can you provide your site url so we can help looking?

I’m trying to update pages via the page builder yet in the item options pop up all the content text is white. When trying to click on any of the tabs/options in this window it’s unresponsive. For example trying to switch between text & visual it does nothing, and even trying to close the window.
Everything is up to date, plugins and wordpress included. I’ve seen a similar question but none of these options seem to fix it.
Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version first ? Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Hi, it would appear there is a small bug in the portfolio plugin, in that even if I select a specific portfolio to Draft mode, I can see it after clicking on a category filter. That’s even for a logged out user (in incognito mode). The only time in completely disappears is when I select the portfolio as Private. However, in that case I still see all portfolios as an admin user on the front end, which is also undesirable, as I have hundreds of them and some are there for safekeeping.

Theme has been fine for over 2 years but now when I try to edit pages, the text in the page editor shows as white and the save button doesn’t work..unable to make edits via page editor..

This theme was working fine, and now the page builder won’t work, and there seems to be issues with other features. When I add a content block, it won’t let me type anything, and I keep trying to turn off the page title and it won’t work. I have updated both wordpress and the theme (I have v 2.03). Have I missed something?
