I bought this theme and have support for 6 months. I’ve been redirected by this forum to go to the official support page. However, when I enter in my purchase license # the support page says that it is not valid. Please address + allow me to access the support I paid for. Thanks!
WPBakery Page Builder frontend editor is not working – do I need to buy this plugin before it works?
Sorry, frontend editor is not supported by composer theme. We clearly state it in our item description.

Hello, the plugins are not coming with licenses, happend the same in all the themeforest themes, please read the envato article, https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins Regards
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Hello! I downloaded the latest update of your theme, but noticed that the features described on the Envato Market page are only compatible with WordPress version 5.1.x Is this information up to date? Is your theme not compatible with WordPress 5.2.x yet? Regards, Paulo

One of your footer layouts seems to be broken. The only option you have with a full width widget on top (12) and columns below it doesn’t work. If I select it, all widgets disappear from the front end. How do I get this layout to show the widgets?

Sidenote: I wish you had more options with the full width widget on top (12). Maybe in a future update?

is one license per url, if you didn’t used you can use, if you have installed and your are using in other url, you need to buy a new license
When are you planning to update the theme? The plugins are outdated already

We have just set up this theme and can’t seem to locate where we enable to “Top Header” area as seen here:

We’re sure we’re just missing it, but really just can’t seem to find it lol. Can you please provide us the instructions to locate that option and enable that area?

I just purchased this theme and I am not able to get access to the Forum. I have entered the order ID number and the invoice number and neither one of them will work. I do not see a license number or purchase code anywhere in my Envato account.
