Link works now, but… When i log in and log out, it still directs me to the LearnPress profile page. Could you please also link them with WooCommerce ?

After admiring your theme and its many options, I purchased your theme yesterday, and happily started installing it today.
I’m encountering a hitch unfortunately, since the Revolution Slider keeps asking for authorization. I can’t find any info on this in your documentation.
Where can I find the purchase code for this feature?
N.b. the purchase code for the theme doesn’t work.

Slider Revolution is a 3rd premium plugin (from ThemePunch).
And ThimPress (us) get an extended license (not regular license) to include the package in the theme, and allow clients (you) to use this plugin.
You will get support/update via the theme author.

Nice theme, kind window person… But there is a big problem about viewing “profile” of users. I’m selling my products with WooCommerce, but when a registered user clicks the “profile” link in the top bar of the page, it directs to the LearnPress Profile page. So users cannot view their “woocommerce my account page” and their “orders…” That’s very dissappointing and frustrating with the customer point of view…
NB: I asked for a correction in the ThimPress forum for this issue, (https://thimpress.com/forums/topic/profile-how-to-edit-tabs-comments-orders-not-visible-after-purchasing/)
but they asked for additional 50$ in order to change that profile link from LearnPress to WooCommerce…
It was also very dissappointing for me, because i gave 59$ for the theme and this “link change” requires additional 50$... And unfortunately, i’m reconsidering my choice now… Thanks for your attention

Thanks for contacting us.
LearnPress and WooCommerce are 2 different system, that’s why it requires a customization to combine those 2 profile pages.
If you just want to replace LearnPress Profile link with WooCommerce Profile link, just replace, not combine, I can help you for free

Hi! I have bought the theme and the extended support. The main problem is that I tried importing the Demo for Life Coaching, but at least the home page is not appearing in the available pages. I have tried re-importing but did not work and did not give any error in the process. The second problem is that the page http://thimpress.com/ is not working, it is stating that the domain has expired, so I cannot submit a support ticket. Can you please help me?

So i built an entire site using coaching theme and subsequently Siteorigin builder and the siteorigin page builder has caused so many errors and issues i have had to completely start again! Is there anyway of using the coaching theme and layout with having to use a page builder plugin as these seem to cause terrible issues!!

I am always updating my theme. I haven’t been working on the site much up until now but have noticed now that Siteorigin page builder has caused so many issues with my site. Even my hosting provider could not fix it for me! I am forced to build my site again but cannot build Coaching Theme without being forced to use the siteorigin builder! If i had known this i would not have purchased the theme. Really disappointed
