Hi! Is there a way to make the text rotator to be rotating without stopping? It is only doing it once, so the user won’t be able to see the rest of the sentences once they have been shown in the first and only lap.

This is not possible with the current theme settings. The text rotator will stop at the last element.
It’s been two months since the last update… Aren’t there plans to add more demos?? BeTheme adds at least three industry demos every month.

Hi! I’ve just purchased the theme and I want to use it in a test environment first, and then move it to production. If I want to download demo content I need to register the theme, but I’ve read that license is valid just in one site. Can I register the theme in my local test environment and after the test is ready then remove this registration so I can use the license in a production environment?

The menus shown in Ekko does not look good, rather the other one in Lead Engine looks cool. Except menu, everything is good. Can we have menus like Lead Engine?

Except for Buddy Press, the theme is compatible with all above-mentioned plugins. You can install Buddy Press and it will work properly but you will need to change it’s styles to match the theme design.
2. Does it support unlimited sidebars for pages?
Single page sidebars are created using WPBakery. Basically you can set up unlimited sidebars.
3. How many pre-built in pages does it come along?
You can check that with our live preview website. We have different templates for About us, Services, Pricing and Contact and a few other specific pages.
4. How many custom widgets does it support?
The theme doesn’t have any custom widgets. This is a feature we are willing to add with a future theme update. You can install free plugins if you need to add a specific widget to your sidebars.
5. Does it support Subheader background images support?
Yes.
6. Custom logo, Retina logo & favicon support?
Yes.
7. Does it come along with Dedicated subpages?
Can you give us more details on this one? What would you expect in terms of subpages? The theme offers a few page templates and over 200 template blocks which you can use to create almost any page you want.
8. Support Custom footer menu?
Yes. You can add navigation menus in the footer widget areas. There are 4 designated footer widget areas and all can be used to display your menus.
9. Cross browser compatible?
Yes. Theme has been tested with Chrome, Mozila, IE Edge and Safari.
10. Clean commented code available?
Yes. If you are willing to make changes to the theme core files, our devs can also help and guide through our support forums.
11. is it Translation ready?
Yes. Theme is compatible with WPML and Polylang.

The theme isn’t compatible with Buddy Press yet at the same time it can be installed and for it to work a style would need to change!!!!
What can one expect from the developers as a new features, add ons, full website?
Would you be able to add a custom widgets options in future?
What are your support time framework as I noticed it is more than 12hrs?

You can safely install and activate BuddyPress. The only issue is that it won’t take the theme general style and feel. You need to style it’s forms and tables using CSS.
New features, demos and bug fixes will be added with new theme updates. At this moment I can’t tell the exact date when the next theme update will be.
We are not planning on adding custom widget functionality in the near future. If you want to use such a widget in one of your pages, you can open a support ticket and ask.
The average response time in our support forums is 12h depending on the timeframe.

- The theme is not compatible with Elementor. We are using WPBakery Page Builder. The rest of the plugins in your list are compatible.
- Muffin Builder and Elementor are drag&drop page builders. We are using WPBakery Page Builder.
- Skin generator – you have the option to import over 50 demos. Please check with the theme live preview.
- Custom font upload – this option is available.
- Optimized for speed – the theme has been optimized and works properly. We also have some tips on how to improve the page loading speed.
- Shortcode generator – the theme already comes with over 30 custom elements. You can build your own shortcodes but it requires advanced programming knowledge.
- Layout configuration – you can build any layout using the advanced theme page builder.
- Support retina display – yes, you need to upload retina images (double in size).
- Header styles – you can check with our live preview demos.
- Grid formats – available with WPBakery Page Builder
- Parallax effect – available with WPBakery Page Builder
