How do I get google tracking code in the theme?
Hi, There are lots of free Google Analytics plugins available on wordpress.org. This is the easiest way to add it.
Another way to add tracking code, is to add it in Theme Options -> General -> SEO . You can place it either into the head or into the footer.

Hi, If you are asking about the megamenu feature, you can hover over the “Elements” menu item on the demo. The megamenu is very customizable, it is posible to add widgets to it as well. For the visual editor, SiteOrigin Page builder is used. We’ve extended it a bit with some extra features and custom widgets.

Is it possible for me a non coder to remove the home page banner and move around the elements block or create a page using different element blocks as shown in all the 3 home pages? I want to create a custom home page using different elements as showcased in the 3 home page option. But no home page banner at the top.
Yes sure. With a right mouse click on the row, and clicking on “Copy Row”, you can copy-paste a section from any page into any other page. You can also remove the row entirely by clicking “delete”, or change the order of the rows with drag and drop. Hi, Can I add Popular procedures in a 3 tab layout, where each tab showcases popular procedure for that tab heading?
For SEO meta content, we recommend the Yoast plugin.
For Tabs, if you need a simple layouts, there is a Tab widget (example: https://dentalia.orionthemes.com/demo-1/tabs-accordions/) , for more advanced layouts there is also “Advanced Tabs” widget, which allows to create more complex layoutsby using page builder for each tab.
The mega menu does not work on smartphones. Clicking on the category does not open sub-items. This is a bug, so I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay extra for support, and I’ve never used it until that time. I expect an answer to my problem.

I just noticed that one of the plugins ‘SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle’ failed to install. I keep getting the ‘The plugin does not have a valid header.’ message. Could this be the issue?
Hi, If the bundle won’t install automatically, You can download and install it from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/
Import: 1. Make sure all the required plugins are installed before the import. 2. If the WordPress importer plugin is installed, deactivate it and try to run the importer again.

Currently we don’t have any plans for extending the theme support for Visual Composer.
The theme was created for fast performance even on shared hosting accounts. We included SiteOrigin Page Builder because it doesn’t slow down the site as VC does.
While VC should probably work with the theme, there isn’t any special styling applied to its elements and it might not give the best results. We can not recommend using it. On the other hand we extensively tested SO Page Builder and build several custom features on top of itr (like responsive options, section separators, ...) also added whole bunch of custom widgets to use with page builder.
Our recommendation is to go with the default SO Page Builder. It is easy to use and fast to work with.

Hi, You can remove it by editing this page and remove the “Header Button custom text” and “Header Button custom link” settings under the “Header settings”. You can find those settings below the content part.

Hi, Im still using version 1.5.1 and site works fine. Are there any perks for the newest update or can I remain at 1.5.1 without worrying ?
It is good to hear that the 1.5.1 version is still working nicely. 
This version is more then 2 years old. A lot has changed since. WordPress has introduced the Gutenberg editor, Page builder has shifted to using flexbox and has been updated with new features as well.
We’ve included a lot of compatibility updates to support the rapidly changing WordPress ecosystem.
There were also some performance improvements and some additional theme features. There were no major security issues, so the 1.5.1 version is still safe to use. But we recommend upgrading to the latest version as it just works better with the latest WordPress and the latest Page builder.

Can you help us why Top Bar not working? We added widget on it, tried disable sticky menu, tried to add icons and texts as well but nothing. We update all modules wp+template but still not working.

Hi – looking to purchase this theme, but the demo does not have a shop example, yet WooCommerce looks to be supported? Can you let me know if I install WooCommerce how does that work with styling etc – if you could let me know that would be great. Thanks!

To create a shop, import the standard Dentalia demo, then install WooCommerce plugin. After installation, set the shop, the cart and checkout page, then add the products.
The color sheme in WooCommerce pages uses the colors which are set in theme options. Minicart is supported in the menu as well. There are Woocommerce specific options in Theme Options as well, which let you customize your shop.

is it compatible with divi
The theme uses enhanced SiteOrigin page builder. It hasn’t been tested with Divi builder.
For some reason my teams pages do not work anymore. They will display on the page but when you click on them for more information I simply get a 404 error. Any idea why??
Try this: Go to Settings -> Permalinks and just click “Save changes”. This should rebuild WP url handling and set the .htaccess file in order.

I have installed Dentalia theme. The instrucctions sais that I can install “demo content”, but I can not see it in the download theme folder. The folders I have are: child-theme(developers); Licensing; and Plugins (contact form, dentalia plugin, revslider, siteorigin-panels, so-widgets-bundle. So, when I can find the Demo Content?

My support expired but maybe you can answer. The widget for Google maps.. interactive or static require googles paid API’s. Google charges for requests form 0-100k for both static maps and its Geo-coding requests. So I have a question…
1. Do you have any plans to update this widget to use Google’s free JavaScript or Embed API?
Its an amazing widget but useless if I have to pay google each time someone wants to load the map on my page. I hope the widget can be reconfigured to use the free tools. Cheers.
Hi, Google restricted their Google Maps in 2018 and now requres an API key. They give you free credit each month, so for the vast majority of websites it is still free to use. Although setting up API key is additional hustle, we still recommend setting up an API key and using the Google Maps Widget by SiteOrigin.

Hi, We sadly don’t have a test environment set up. We will consider creating one for the future, but currently I can only offer some additional details about the builder:
We use SiteOrigin page builder( link: https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/ ) as basis, because it is the fastest builder around ( comparison here: https://pagely.com/blog/wordpress-page-builders/ ).
We integrated custom features in the builder like responsive layout settings, overlays and section separators + we built 20+ custom widgets to use with the page builder.

it seems the theme is not working anymore. I just downloaded a copy of the template and I am not able to make it work. it keeps giving me a blank page, tested it in 3 different servers. is there an issue with the theme?
