I have a question, can i export my inventory listing into a XLS instead of a CSV?
Our Automatic Exporter plugin can export into both XML or CSV formats.
Hello, I have a question that is there any Mega Menu system. I mean in Menu, its showing us list. Is it possible to make 2 or 3 col menu.
There is not a mega menu included with this theme, however I do know some customers have successfully used a plugin to accomplish this. Thanks for the inquiry!

Why csv import does not work. What are the requirement?.
I try every csv file with few records but no data is imported.
It seems to be working fine on our end and we haven’t had any other reports of users experiencing issues, are you getting a specific error? If you would like to open up a Support Ticket including a copy of the file you are trying to import along with temporary login details to your website we would be happy to investigate for you.
I bought this theme long time so the support as expire and I have never used it for productivity and never new of csv import so never tested the feature. If you have a sample csv file I can use to test the feature, please send it so I can test.

I get This Error: It doesn’t look like you have entered a valid ThemeForest Username & API Key. To receive updates for the plugin you must validate this information in the Update Settings section.

Envato recently changed their API without warning so we had to make some changes in our theme for the API connection. You will need to manually update your theme and Automotive Listings plugin to the latest version via FTP and then go back to Theme Options >> Update Settings and reconnect your account and you should be good to go for automatic updates going forward.

We have been using the theme for a while and its a good one for car dealership. However the inventory listing is not working in IE as well as the single listing page. Any insight?

Hi Guys, nice theme, we are using it for some time now. From the customer feedback we found out the dropdowns are little bit confusing. What I mean is, if I want to chose for example car manufacturer from the filter, I can do it directly, but if I change my mind and want to change this option in the filter and I go to open the same dropdown menu, I can see only selected car manufacturer and first option All Makes. I have to select now All Makes to “reset dropdown” and after that I can select new option. Is it possible to change that so we will have all options available all the time? Without All xxxxx option. Thanks.
Thanks for the suggestion, the problem with this is the Make > Model dependancy because it would allow you to select inventory that doesn’t exist. For example, if a user had Make: Honda and Model: Civic chosen, and then they Chose Make: Chevrolet” there wouldn’t be anything for Chevrolet Civic. Hi, I updated the theme and now the mobile menu is not working, it shows for less than a second and then dissapears. You can check at www.omnilogik.com
We had a look at it and this behaviour is not being caused by our theme or plugins. Our theme and plugin run off of Bootstrap 4, and you are using a plugin called ‘Download Manager’ that appears to be running Bootstrap 3 that is conflicting with the menu. updated theme and plugin to the newest and now get a lot of Warning messages down the right side of the vehicle listings? my support has expired so cannot send you my details, this is not right, I would not have updated it if I knew this would happen. how can I fix this?

Hi, it appears that the theme has become de-registered and I’m unable to apply the purchase code as it says that it’s already been applied to my staging environment.
I’ve reset the update settings on the staging site but the code still comes up under ‘Used Purchase Codes’ on my main site when trying to login via envato.

Hi – have not purchased your plugin (yet) but need to know – does entering in a car’s VIN auto-populate a post/page? How well does it use french as well as english?
Yes, VIN import functionality is included, but you need to register for an API key and save it in the settings to be able to use this feature.
The theme and plugin include the French translation files, you just need to upload them to your website and change your WordPress language to French and everything will be translated for you.
OK I just registered for the free API key from Marketcheck. And I have 1 hour’s use of the demo site so that I can experience it from the admin perspective. How do I test the VIN auto-populating a listing? Thank you!
We do offer a premium plugin for Marketcheck but it is not included in the theme. To use the included free VIN decode options you would need to register for the include free lookup and enter you API key under Listing Options >> VIN Import Settings >> Free VIN Check or Edumuds depending which service you are using. Then you can go to Listings >> VIN Import to test the functionality.

I just upgraded both plugin and theme to the latest version available and now my website shows the following message:
“The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”
Nothing else but just that.
I’ve noticed the automotive theme has disappeared from the list of available themes, and only automotive-child shows there. And when I try to activate the child theme I get the following message:
“The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme.”
Can you please confirm what could be causing this?

It sounds like something went wrong when you went to update the parent theme and now the files are either missing or corrupted. I would recommend manually uploading the theme files via FTP (delete any existing files/folders that may be present prior to doing this): https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=17 If you still have a problem after doing this please open a support ticket at https://support.themesuite.com including temporary login details for wp-admin and FTP so one of our developers can look into what is going on. I purchased this theme based on it’s ability to use a vin decoder to enter cars into my inventory. I see that there is a free vin decoder option but it does not provide a link to where I can get the API for it. Can you please tell me how to use the free vin decoder?
