We want to update the theme from 4.0.0 to newer version as Zion editor is not working? Theme is registered and connected but we cannot update it? How can we make the update as this is a new client for us and the theme were bought and registered by another company?

The Smart area is a stand-alone, full width element.

I see it says “Gutenberg Optimized: Yes”. Does this mean that all Pages and Posts can be edited with Gutenberg Editor?
We have a client who likes this theme a lot, but we can only buy it, the if client can change the content with Gutenberg. Because we created other websites for this client and he is only used to the Gutenberg Editor. If we have to work with Page Builders like WP Bakery to create the pages as in preview, then this would not be an option, as it is not user friendly.

The theme only uses it’s own front end page builder. At this point, we do not have a backend editor.
Of course, you can edit with Gutenberg but the changes will disappear IF you enable the page builder on a page.
