are the demos & theme too are comtaible with elementor pro ?
The theme is compatible with Elementor but the demo is built using WPBakery’s Page Builder which is coming with the theme.

The actual theme shouldn’t be an issue. I can’t be sure how the analytics software was linked to your site but that’s something you should be looking into. Probably the analytics tracking code was part of the previous theme?
If you’re using Google Analytics, you should use a plugin to connect your site to it. This way, you can switch themes and without having to move their tracking code.

Hi, I planned purchase this template. Tell me please, is the way on this template use cart as: 1) Add to cart; 2) Fill just 3 fields: “Name”, “Phone”, “Email” without any payment. Just send to admins email notice mail with “Name”, “Phone”, “Email”and link to product page?
And about Sidebar filter menu. Can there be a subcategory in the menu item? For example: Kitchen > Tables, Chairs, Kitchen sets, etc… Living room > Tables, Sofa, etc…

We are using the WooCommerce plugin for shopping functionality. There’s no built-in option for that, that would rather be plugin territory. So you should be looking for a WooCommerce plugin that would help you with that. Since it’s a plugin, it should work with any theme.

Hi, I’m having issues with cart page not responding to coupon codes/qty update. After inspection of codes, I found out that there seems to be a conflict of jquery scripts. You can see them at www.x-one.asia
The Back to Top button is loading this jquery -> <script src=”https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.1.0/jquery.min.js”></script>
while the wordpress/woocommerce is loading another jquery here on top <script type=’text/javascript’ src=’https://c0.wp.com/c/5.2.3/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js'></script>
I’ve disabled the Back To Top in theme options, but the codes are still there.

how to I totally remove the back to top function? Disaling them in the theme option doesn’t remove the jquery code.

When i First installed the theme with demo content it was functioning properly. specially when I add any item in add to cart the slider comes from right and was visible in it. but now it it not showing and refreshing the entire page and going to cart. http://naharcards.com/

Hi we have installed the theme on our site however all our images are now blurry, they were fine before the install. We have tried the Regenerate Thumbnails pluging, can you please advise how to fix this. Thanks.

I can only think the image sizes need to be increased before the thumbs are regenerated. Once the image size is updated, WooCommerce will regenerate the thumbs automatically, the plugin is no longer needed. Check the image sizes under Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce. Try to update the sizes there to larger ones.

Regretfully not, the theme specific “Shopkeeper-Extender” plugin is available for Shopkeeper only. Can you please tell me which specific features are you missing and found in Shopkeeper?

True, those templates were implemented before the WPBakery Page builder could support full screen layouts. At that time we had to come up with a template(s) solution. Maybe what you’re trying to achieve can be done with the existing option in Merchandiser. Can you please describe what are you trying to achieve?

I think you should be able to do that, just make sure the rows of the page builder are set to be stretched. If you’re using the block editor instead, you should be able to set them to full width.

Oh, you need a “blank” template. I think we can include that in a future update. I’ve forwarded your note to our developers. In the meantime, you can do that by hiding the header / footer temporarily with custom CSS. You can paste the following bit under Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS.
.header-wrapper, .footer-widget-wrapper, .site-footer { display: none; }

Hello! On the checkout page after a recent update, the following text is all bold: “Have a coupon? Click here. Have an account? Login” Before, only the links were bold to highlight them. Now the link and description are both bold making hard to see where to click. This is on your Demo as well. Is this intentional or a bug such as unclosed tag?

anyone else struggling with a slow backend? Website is actually pretty fast after moving it to cloudfare and using a cache system but the wordpress backend and especially the WP backery is just super slow.

Hi,
Wishing to use the affiliate product function.
I have followed the support documentation and added link in product URL and text in the Button text. However, no button appears on the published product page.
The demonstration product page which came installed with the theme which shows how an affiliate product page should look also does not show the Affiliate buy button when viewed as published.
