Since Plugin management is moved to Appearance > Install Plugins. How do we update the plugins, such as ACF Pro or Layer Sliders?

As for the ACF Pro, you need uninstall it at first in the Plugins menu, then go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install a new version. As for LayerSlider, you need click on “Update” button for it in Appearance > Install Plugins. Thank you.

We are also having aforementioned problem about Slider Revolution after updated the theme to the latest version. While maintaining desktop functionality, on mobile devices, phones and tablets we simply get the errors, shown in the picture below.

On mobile devices Slider Revolution is not working. The errors I shared on the last post are about the slider plugin. But On desktop there isn’t any problem. Actually, if you request Desktop version in the iPad it is fixed. You can see the problem in the video below.

Thank you! However, when I upload the new theme files and deactivate, delete, and try to re-install the Revolution Slider files, I’m still seeing it as verision 5.4.8.3. And when I extract the files and look in the Plugins folder, I do not see a zipped file for Revolution Slider, so I can’t manually update the slider via SFTP. Maybe I’m missing a step?

Hello. I’ve already created a ticket about this, but it’s a pretty serious issue with Jupiter 6.4. On 2 separate websites, both having upgraded to 6.4, Slider Revolution and several shortcodes are no longer functional on iPad ONLY. They simply don’t render. This also includes some conflict with another 3rd-party plugin that I have running, such as a logo carousel. On desktop and mobile, everything is perfect. When using Jupiter 6.2, and the version of Slider Revolution that came shipped with that, there were no issues on the iPad. I suspect this has something to do with the new Donut plugin.
NOTE: It’s not simply a question of resizing the screen to simulate an iPad—the site’s in question must be actually browsed on an iPad itself to show the problem.

What element do you want to change the font for? What theme are you using: Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X? Please check this article https://themes.artbees.net/docs/assigning-a-font/ . You don’t need to edit header file to change the font. Thank you.
We would like to use Thai local font is not shown in the drop down list when following the above guideline. Normally , our programmer will change it from the header file but he said he cannot locate it for your theme so he asks for advice.
By the way, what is the official way to raise ticket . I tried many times in your website, unsuccessful . No confusion e mail and no reply back .

Shopping app Currently I have installed the shop app, My questions is for example how can I take the footer from VPN Template and put it in Current template Shopping app, like copy footer from VPN and paste it in current shopping app template, I tried to install 2nd template, it dose not allow, it only allow one template at a time.

If you already installed Shopping App template, you need export your pages via Tools > Export. Then import VPN template overriding the current data and once it’s installed, you can import your previous pages back via Tools > Import > WordPress. This way Footer template will be available in Elementor Templates menu and you can set it as your footer in Appearance > Customize > Footer. Thank you.
