I’ve downloaded your theme to a website and my client did not renew their hosting subscription, so the theme and site was deleted. Now that we’ve renew the subscription, I’ve tried to reload your theme and I’m being told that it’s already activated. Is there a way you can refresh my purchase or approve my theme download to www.liaslaw.com which is where the original theme was downloaded. Can you please get back to me as soon as possible, for my client is eager to get set back up.

Hi, Today in the morning when I tried to activate a template (WizeLaw) in a new project I came up a message in which it indicates that the Item Purchase Code has already been used but I don’t think this is right. I sent an email to Envato in order to get some support but they are really busy and their automatic response announces up to 7 days for an answer. Could you help me with this issue? When was this theme activated or in which domain is running? I was surprised to see that the theme purchase code was activated and I would like to get out of doubt. Thanks in advance, INA

Hi, thanks for your quick response. The problem is that I sent an email to support@gt3.zendesk.com and their response was: “Your support package expired on September 5, 2017. To get further assistance you have to renew it in your account on Themeforest.” I think this is not a regular issue to solve from the support center, I think it should be treated form administration cahnnel for example, but being asked to pay for a response… I see it quite stingy, don’t you? Perfect, I understand, but I repeat, my issue is not related with a regular support question (at least this is my point of view) it is related with the activation which is the core of the business here. If it doesn’t work I can’t use the theme and what I want to know is where is my license running currently cause I am not conscious about it. Thanks again

Hi, the problem is that I have not use this theme before so I don’t know why it doesn’t work my Item’s Purchase Code. I suppose there must be a way to determine where this Item Purchase Code is activated, Envato should know it.
