Hi, I had a website with the theme license activated on AWS, however I have terminated the instance before a revoke the license and now it tells me that I have already consumed my license. can you please how can I revoke a dead license like this and activate it on my new website? cheers

Hi, I just bought Phlox pro, I’m a lit bit confused by how does plugins work. I saw that there is a plugins recomended page inside my Phlox pro dashboard. I also noticed that some of them are exclusive plugins. My question is if they are free, if not how much do they cost? Or are these included with Phlox pro. Thanks!

The exclusive plugins are only available for Phlox Pro theme and essential ones are mostly premium plugins which are bundled in this theme.
Please note that you are not required to install the plugins from this page , the demo importer will enable required plugins automatically for you.

Phlox Pro has a built-in library called “Template Kits” which makes you able to access to important sections of all demos, you can simply copy and reuse the sectios on your website.

No, there is not a separate css file, you can modify the styles in “Customizer > Additional CSS” field.

ok, but is there any master or complementary files where I can edit css directly without using the Elementor editor?
I say this because the classes i want to change are inline direct on page. And that makes customization difficult. Or at least one default file so I can change the default theme colors.
Each Elementor Element has its own custom CSS field and also each page has its own custom css field in “advanced options” tab as well.

Hello! I am using your free version (was testing the theme). So far it was great (for like 20 days), now, I wanted to create some new pages as I am working on the site again, but it is no longer working. I cannot save the pages content or the SEO, or anything. Same happens on Blog posts. Weird thing, until a week ago, it was working just fine. I updated everything, thought maybe because I have not updated the plugins it was not working properly, but same thing. Pages stay loading, like if they were being saved but nothing happens. 
Can you please help? I wanted to purchase the pro version, but now, I am not really sure.

Can you please post the changes log. This way i dont need log in to WordPress to see if their update i can just come to this page and see. Please add this to product listing or state the latest version. This theme is epic and is on one of my clients website.

Elementor Pro is not included in this theme, but Phlox Pro is fully compatible with Elementor Pro as well.
Hi. So frustrated with this pets demo install. I’ve spent over 8 hours trying to work out why I cannot see any elements when i try to edit the homepage or header templates in elementor… About page edit ok. I’ve increased serve memory to 512 plus many other things including clearing it all and reinstalling the demo. Please help as im about to ditch phlox for all future projects and go with Astra
