Hi there, I got your theme from my Envato Account and have most of my website data transferred over. There is one issue I keep encountering and it is for the Video opening for the page. No matter what size I create my video the “OT Slider Video” element of the builder seems to be zooming into the video file a lot. I originally uploaded it as a UHD file but shrunk it down to a simple 700pxl wide video and it still seems to be zooming into the footage to an extreme degree. Do you know what is causing this and how to remedy it? www.pictureyourproperty.net

and for some reason it works it displays correctly on Chrome, however, on Firefox, IE, and edge, it doesnt display the same as it should do.

Only on chrome does it appear to work correctly…

Are you able to check your end pls….to see if you have the same trouble…

I would like to include an iframe from an external source. It’s about the application “Strava”. It is displayed correctly in the WPBakery Page Builder. On the website then not. The line is cut off. Not all the contents of iframes are shown? Is this overridden by the CSS file?

I inserted a “text” line with the following code:

Hi, we are using ananke dark . I would like to post our show reel video as a Call to Action. When you click on the text “watch show reel now” the video opens like a pop up and if I close the popup window or when the video is finished, I am still in the home page where I was before and I can keep on scrolling down. Is This possible? I’ve tried in many ways, making a new page, a post, a video project, nothing seems to work. I repeat what is my goal click on the text video opens like a popup (no vimeo or utube) when finished I’m still in the home page thenks for your help

3 years ago you helped me why can’t open youtube video in fancy window. Okay, i switched to embed youtube link, and works well. In this year, august I update my site to latest Ananke version, and fancy window not working, Youtube open to full browser window. Has something changed in the template or am I spoiling something?

I’m needing to build a custom 4 column footer layout using the WPBakery Footer Builder but it will not work with Redux Framework activated, which is of course required for Ananke to work. The fourth column is forced onto a new row.

EDIT: Nevermind. Problem was with footer settings. Fixed now.

How do i activate the theme, wpbakery and slider revolution?

The portfolio is not opening the way it should and instead it loads a separate page that looks like it is a simple text document.

A simple questions for you, recently I updated the Ananke wordpress files via FTP. Should I have also updated the OT Portfolio plugin as well? It is not showing a need for an update, but I was not sure if updating the theme and not the plugins would cause this conflict making the OT portfolio load as a separate page
