Hi freemailer and thank you for interest! I think you have an old version of Uncode, this layout was different before version 2.0.0. Now the actual version of Uncode and Demo Contents have the version you see online.
I’ve just updated the theme, which was a simple process. However when I’m checking against Revolution slider the version of the plugin supplied is well out of date. Where can I access the latest version please? Thanks

I’m sorry but the floating option panel is not part of the theme, it’s a custom widget we have created for the demo only.
About the other question, I’m not sure to understand what you mean for “modal shortcode”, but if you don’t see it featured in the demo or in the “Item Details” page, here on ThemeForest, I’m afraid you’re talking about something not included in Uncode. Maybe a shortcode to open kind of popup with buttons? No, in that case we haven’t anything like that. It’s the same as this demo, here you have to insert the video ( https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214003585#&gid=1&pid=5 ) and the just insert an Icon Box module. You can also install only this specific layout from Selective Demo Imporrt.

Hi celediaztristan! For my experience this is a Memory Limit issue on a shared host, try to disable all extra plugins.
OK but how many extra plugins are you using? And what about the PHP version? Try to disable them all (it’s important you deactivate also heavy plugins like LayerSlider and Slider Revolution to test).
Hi, my version of php is 7.3, I think the most recent. I don’t know if I can deactivate important plugins that are working as wprocket or imagify and if turning them on again everything will be the same.
This is the only test I can suggest since when I saw this was related to Memory Limit on shared host plus extra plugins, if you activate the WP Debug you will see an error with Memory exhausted… Anyway if this is a running site you can also use the Wireframe plugins, basically you have all the sections available on the main demo, otherwise try to disable plugins and activate the WP Debug to see it’s Memory related (100%).

There are not particular settings Uncode needs, just normal web SVG, did you convert your objects to paths in Illustrator? Not that you cannot use special object function, everything need to be converted to paths.

Is there a demo which has AJAX page navigation for the normal pages & posts? Is that possible with this theme – either native theme settings or a plugin that works to ajax-ify the page loads? I only see reference to AJAX for woocommerce in these comments, but I want a smooth transition from page-to-page when navigating the main site.

Two of my sites: The plugin OptionTree (version 2.6.0) has a publicly known vulnerability. Please make sure to upgrade it to the version 2.7.3.
I have tried upgrading to 2.7.3 but it breaks the theme options page.

However Uncode is built on a custom version of Option Tree that already satisfies Envato requirements, so the part of the code that generated the vulnerability you talk about has been already fixed months ago in our theme. You don’t have to update Option Tree separately since you would lose all the customizations: we release updates regularly when necessary.

I have buy the Uncode theme. But the theme doesn’t work color or image variation plugin correctly. I have used a couple of plugins but not working perfectly. Color variation plugin only works on single product page but if I want to set the widget on the sidebar then it doesn’t work. Can you please help me?

Hi, I’m using Uncode with WooCommerce. I want to add a custom text field to the archive product page.
I tried it with these instructions: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51298776/how-to-add-a-custom-field-text-below-the-product-title-in-wordpress-woocommerce/51300183That doesn’t work because the woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title hook isn’t there i think. Activating the normal hooks isn’t a solution. So my question is if you have a solution for me?
I also tried adding a custom field with and output it with the post module. The problem is there isn’t a option to sort after best selling and i don’t know how i could add it to the archive pages..

Hello, some hooks are disabled bu default to avoid possible conflicts, but you can enable them back from “Theme Options -> Extra -> WooCommerce -> Enable Hooks”. Let me know if that’s enough to use your solution.
