After quite some time that i had to update your theme , i tried to do it now but some problems emerged.
To be more specific, i am at Version: 4.1.2 and the latest one is 6.5. So when i tried to upgrade it , all the content in my site collapsed and returned to the default set up of the pages that are on the demo. I would like to inform you that i didn’t use the child theme. As a second solution also tried to import the string that is generated through out your importer.Still the site was not in the correct form.
Is there any solution to overcome this problem?

But it’s only on some first load. I can’t recreate the problem consistently, but i’ve seen it a couple of times and a lot of customers have noticed it.
As I can see you are using an outdated version of Impreza, please update the theme to the latest version 6.5 (read how to do it easily). Then update all the plugins. Don’t forget to make a backup before updating.
Let us know if the issue persists after update.
So i’ve setup a staging installation, updated theme to newest and updated everything that can be updated, but i still see the tabs collapsed on first load.

Hi there. Purchased impreza for a different project now. Everything’s quite okay except for the fact that Gallery added to a post via Gutenberg is missing some css… instead of a grid view of images I get a list-view with pointers.
Using the latest Impreza and Impreza child-theme. Is gutenberg fully compatible with newwest impreza or do I have to use pagebuilder for posts?

Although I noticed a small bug – when you have checked in your panel to underline text links on hover, it also underlines the gallery images which causes a glitch effect on whole post.

I tryed to write a ticket in the official support forum like a good hamster… but I’m such an old customer (5+ licenses) purchased, again, like a good hamster, that my support has run out. Just want to bring something to your attention since you guys are always on top of things…
Issue: when I create a button and add a “tel:XXXXXXXX” href link, the button functions. HOWEVER when I make a “sms:XXXXXX” href link, the button falls back to the root url, which is really weird.
For example I use sms:+1-212-333-5555?body=hamsterman after saving the page the resulting url on the frontend is https://the-root-url-of-my-dev-site.com
Wacked out right?
Perhaps, you guys know whats going on here, I tried every type of sms href convention out there, also without the ?body text, same results each time…
Anyway, heres a screenshot of my row with the buttons and the working sms href with a text link that is working below the button… so wacked!

At the moment “sms” links are not supported. We’ll consider supporting sms links in one of the next updates, as a temporary solution you can add such links as HTML code, via Raw HTML element of WPBakery Page Builder:

Sorry – check this site: https://hottoast.com.au/ – I switched “Optimize JS and CSS size” on and off which has fixed it (not sure why tho). I have another issue after the update – try as I might – I can’t change the height of the site header (in “Headers” – which is making the header small). I don’t want to overwrite your CSS – thought you might know of a similar fix to previous issue? (i.e. switching a setting on and off to reset the theme / cache).

Hi Thank you. I was trying that but no success. In Page Layout (Header) part clicked Do Not Display, then install plugin (I was trying 2 Mega menu plugins) but menu did not display on the page. Hi,
I have experienced issues on my website and I ask the support team of my hosting company and the technician told me that there is an issue with the theme and that I should ask you for help. For info I have the Impreza since 2017. Here what the support technician said : ’’your theme is configured somehow to load admin-ajax.php before anything loads on any admin page, and this is bad because it requires jQuery script to be loaded first. Therefore you are getting a lot of errors where admin-ajax.php is trying to execute some code unsuccessfully since it needs that jQuery loaded first. I was unable to figure out how they did it in that way, but is for sure wrong thing to do. In the console debug log of any page you are getting a lot of JavaScript (jQuery) errors and they are possibly slowing down the loading speed of the page in the admin dashboard. It is possible that authors managed to fix the issue in some update in meanwhile. I kindly suggest you to reach them out as well and ask for hotfix since it is out of scope for WPPS team to fix the theme by modifying it in any way in code.’‘
So, is there a way to fix the issue ?
