The div is not far from the < body > tag in the header.php file (line 73) of the parent theme.

The custom CSS code you added in Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS which add styling for .button cause the issue.

I fixed the code for you and it should be working fine now.

It’s because we purchased their plugins extended license which allow us to include in our premium themes.

We haven’t include Elementor pro since they don’t allow developer to purchase extend license. You have to purchase subscription from their website.

For header, footer. We develop our own custom feature so you can use Elementor and its drag&drop functionality to build custom header & footer.
