hi, I purchased a license for the theme that expired. I need to update the theme to version 6.1. I downloaded the new version but the installation is impossible. As other buyers comment after the update the admin panel of the theme is broken. Say that you need to contact the support but with expired license for renewal you have to pay 41.13 dollars. I believe it is not correct.

I updated the theme and after that in theme options i have only first 3 tabs: General settings, Logo and Header. Everything else from: main menu settings to backup options is empty. I am using latest WP 5.1.1 and theme version: wp_nuvo v6.1.0

Bought this template for its looks and possibilities for a restaurant. Still working on it but I want to shout out the great support I got from them. They anwered me the same day or the next day, directly and clear messages. They fixed a little issue for me I encountered with the Events but it was not a bug or something but a particurly setup I had missed myself. For now very happy!

to update theme:
NOTICE: YOU MUST BE BACKUP YOUR DATA BEFORE UPDATE THE THEME.
You can update our theme using some ways bellow:
1. Update theme using Envato WordPress Toolkit.
or
2. You can update manual theme:
- If you have any troubles while using auto update ( such as permissions issue ) , and you want to update manually the theme via FTP or Cpanel.
- You download latest version of the theme on ThemeForest download page, and you rename the folder contain the old theme, then create a new folder and insert the latest theme into it.

Since updating to 6.0.9 version of the theme I have the ‘Leave a Reply’ section showing on every page. I’ve gone through all the theme options but nothing I do gets rid of the Leave a Reply comments box. How do we remove this?

My support ran out quite a while back I am sorry to say and I have not updated the Event plugin for some time because it kept breaking, but after anew wordpress update it stopped working altogether anyway

There is a compatibility problem between the theme and captcha v3.
The captcha v3 doesn’t work with the Nuvo theme but it works with the Twenty Seventeen standard theme.
I cannot receive any more contact requests via my form. So I had to delete the captcha but I expose myself to the risk of spam.

Hi theme is messing up my reservations plugin. In other theme’s there’s no problem. I already shut down all the other plugins. But as soon as i activate the theme the date and timepicker are not functioning. What to do to solve this?

Most theme options went blank. Like typography etc. And now the font styles etc are not shown correctly. Please help!
