hello, after new version all images in mobile are set at the right of the screen, even changing position at the middle does not change anything. Please, can you help me here? Thanks!

For the nectar-love on single blog posts, since V10 it’s now inside the separate Salient Social plugin. Where exactly is the code to move the nectar-love somewhere on the single.php page? I cannot work out where it is … I’m going to move it up in to the header (currently its at the end of the post content). Thanks!

In the WordPress customizer, you can set the Salient social style to “Determined by theme settings” http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/social-1.jpg
Once that option is selected, in the Salient options panel > blog tab, you can set the “Blog Header Type” to “Variable height & meta overlaid) to get the social output in the header.

Nectar! Hope all is well. I am currently in the process of taking everything to the next level including my websites performance. A couple things I wanted to ask in case you could help. Do you know how to do two things -
Add Expires to Headers?
Whenever I add lazyload from WP Engine it always breaks the nav bar inside Salient, do you know what I can do to remedy this?

Hey brianfreeman, It looks like you have the row set to “Equal height” with the Column Content position set to middle. Since the left column is taller than the right column, the right column is centered within the height of the left.

Something happened after the latest version 11 update. Any background images assigned to an inner column that was using a border radius is now being ignored. The border radius still works for the colored overlay part but the background extends to sharp angles beyond the border radius. This wasn’t the case before the update.

Update, the Column Settings border radius only works when I choose Animation > Zoom Out Reveal …is this a bug?

Thanks although it didnt change a few things.. Even though I have the first word on the button in Capital letter “Choose”.. everything shows up in small noncapital letters.
Also, farther down the buttons that say San Francisco or los Angeles plus the button in the call to action didnt change font style. is that different css?

It looks like you currently have the text transform set to “lowercase” for the button typography in the theme options. To override that with css, you could change the snippet to the following:
body .nectar-button,
body .nectar-button.small {
font-family: 'Open Sans';
font-size: 12px!important;
text-transform: none!important;
}

Hey brianfreeman, did you change the selector to include the new “body .nectar-button.small” as I added above? That will be needed to override the other buttons, or you could add !important to the font-family
Feature request: Can you come up with something that can categorize testimonials. This way you can write a testimonial and attribute it to a category that then publishes on a certain pages that call for that attribute. Right now with single testimonials, we have to go to individual pages and put the same testimonial. Also, a list option for testimonials. Thank you

Hey Nicko_217, it looks like you’re lazy loading the images on the page through wp-rocket instead of Salient. Can you instead edit that particular image element in the page builder and set the “Image Loading” to “Lazy Load”

Hey WendyAdvice, have you updated your version of the Salient demo importer plugin to the current release (v1.1)? You will not be able to import the new demos before upgrading to that version.

I don’t understand some of the upgrades that happen with this theme sometimes. How could you possible just add in transparency to the mobile header in v10.5 with no option to disable this for people who’s websites were working just fine without it prior to this “feature upgrade”? This is crazy! =S
Also, where the heck are all of the styling options that were previously in the typography section? There is no option for text transform or letter spacing? What is going on right now?!

1. Allowing the mobile header to be consistently transparent when that option is activated desktop was one of the top requested features over the past couple of years. Can you please share your URL so I can take a look why it’s not working correctly on your end?
2. Those options are still there. If they’re not showing up on your end I would suspect that there might be a conflict between a third party plugin. Can you assist with print breaks? I’ve added css to allow print page breaks and hide the header/footer. I’ve added the extra class “page-break” to the row, but it doesn’t work. How/where do I add page-break in the pages to make it work?
