Hi there, I have a lot of trouble using your theme. The basic Woocommerce options are not computable with the purchase of the courses. For example, I can not add promotion code, bid on multiple products, and add new payment methods (like Payplug). Do you have a solution to offer me to apply Woocommerce settings? New info: I tested and rollback both mentioned plugins, but in vain. Than I tested the theme and I found the reason of the problem, it is the current version of the theme. If I setup another theme, everthing works fine in all of the browsers. If I rollbach the theme and us the version of Course Builder Version: 2.3.0, than the Woo payment method works fine in Firefox (but it is still wrong in Chrome). Please be so kind and solve the problem, ecause my potential client are waiting for the payment option and I wouldnt like to lose them, thank you.

I got more questions:
1) if the theme cant work with a products bundle plugin, then can I sell courses together for a said discount? “course A cost 10, course B cost 30. if you buy course A + course B, both courses will be 30”. Can we do that ? Any way to make buyer able to add two courses to cart, and apply some discount for both, like udemy does?
2) I dont like mixing membership with single courses. They have different purposes, and dont sell on the same page, which is deal breaking. Unless your theme can put the membership courses with a single price, with no expiration date and displayed together with the single courses, at the /courses page. Can membership ones do that ?
3) I need any way to sell two couses together for a discount – other than membership. Do you have any solution I can use? I can’t buy the theme without that particular feature.

– Replace the demo images by your own images.
– Setup cache system.
– There’re some minimize redirects so it will affect to the loading
– Youtube videos is also one of the reason

I have a few pre-order questions that I would like to check with you if you don´t mind. Before anything else congrats for this awesome platform and the stunishing look of the theme and its demos.
Questions are as follow…
1)In your Item details you state:

I have been reading other users questions for a while now and I have seen you reply to most saying that you include the Learnpres PRO add-ons, which is not the same as Premium add-ons bundle. Do you still include the Learnpress-pro Bunddle? As seen in https://thimpress.com/product/learnpress-pro/ Or only Learnpress Premium add-ons bundle? https://thimpress.com/product/learnpress-add-ons-bundle/ I need to ask because it is a bit misleading and obviously the learnpres-pro bundle comes with more add-ons, so please let me know which is included.

4)Is it possible with Memebership pro and announcements add-on to create alerts depending on user level? So for example I want every normal user to see my special discount on the silver subscription package but I dont want silver subscribers or gold subscribers to see this… Is it suitable?
5)In your item description you say yoy can organize Webinars thanks to this theme but I haven´t seen anything like that in the demo. Could you explain further? I would like to be able to have online video classrooms, if not natively supported by this theme, is there a suitable 3rd party solution that I could implement?
6)I just ran a GtMetrix test on your demo site as you show in the items description and my reading is bellow 70%, check image… https://imgur.com/a/Sv1aBSx Why do you show a performance edging 100% and then I get this results? I used GtMetrix which to me is the most accurate, I just wanted to check with you because if your theme demo is performing that way I can only assume it will do the same in my server specially after adding my plug-ins.
7)How does My-Cred Add-on work? Can I assign specific points to each lesson individually or is it for the whole course? Is it possible to set a point/reward system where students can unlock new courses as a reward aumatically? By automatically I mean like sort of a point shop, they click on the course and choose to unlock with points instead of paying for it with money.
8 )Can you give me a bit more info about your Assignments add-on? How does it work? Can I set assignments for specific parts of the course? So let´s say they go to section 2.1 and it´s about how wheels work, will I be able to prompt at the end of the section after the lesson the assignment related to that specific lesson?
9)Is it possible to duplicate a lesson or course content? In the way that If I have a common lesson in 3 different courses would I be able just to duplicate and assign each duplicate to its course?
10)Is it possible to add course shortcode to any thing like a widget, page, blog post, private message, announcement?
11)Does the template still fully support WpBakery? Or is it only Elementor?
12)Are all the images included in the template or do you use placeholders in the imported demo content?
13)You make reference to the opinions of Instructors and Schools around the world… I have looked up both the companies and founders and haven´t found any reference whatsoever, would you be kind enough to send me a client example if you have any available at the moment? I would like to see an up and running example of this incredible theme apart from demo obviously.
14)I don´t want to come accross as cheeky but would it be possible to have demo access to the backend with the Learnpress Pro Bundle? 8, Yes, you can create the assignments and assignment to the course from the front-end (similar to the lesons/quizzes).

- The time to access the video, now we don’t have this feature, you can set the time to access the lesson which contain that video.
- You can upload the video in the page directly but it is in Course/Lesson/Quiz description.
- The users can login via some Social network when you use Social Login plugin.
- Some payment method like PayPay, Strip, Authorize.net and some the payment method of Woocommerce.
- Is you mind: A user pay one time then can access to all the course?

1) what is the extended license about? What the end user is charged for?
2) I have a few courses of mine and I want to sell them online, the regular license works for me?
3) can I offer quizes between the lessons to test the students along the course?
4) can I make the next lesson open only if student finish the current one?
5) can I mark the lesson as completed, or can the lessons auto-complete when student watch all videos / or mark lesson completed ?
6) can I add other woocommerce payment options along with paypal ?
7) can student upload a file to the lesson visible only by teacher ? And can the teacher reply to this file with another uploaded file visible only by this student ?
8 ) can I offer public link to course certificate with custom design for each course, displaying student name, hours completed, finish date, teacher signature, all the stuff displayed on paper certificates ?
9) I add a bank deposit option as payment along with paypal. Can I make the order automatically approved and student added to course when paypal gets payd, but make order pending to manual verification for I check the bank deposit first ?
10) I have bundled courses, like a ‘virtual’ course that contains two ‘real’ courses, with an specific discount on it. Can the code sell bundled courses like this, and also add the student to all courses when the order is completed?

Unfortunately this theme is not compatible with almost the Woocommerce subscription addon.
