Hello, I have bought the Kallyas theme yesterday and I installed it on my local host. I had a bug with the host. So I decided to work with another hosting service. But since I had to upload the theme again and register it with my KPI key, it’s not working because the key has already been used yesterday…I can’t work with the local host anymore. What can I do? Please don’t tell me I have to buy the theme again 
Hello, if you’re facing this issue you can try to unlink domain from https://my.hogash.com/products/ and link again on your domain the API key.

Hi! Pre-sales question. I’ve been looking at this theme for a client who has a number of holiday lets. I’m checking to see if this theme includes search results plotted on a map, functionally similar to this: https://main.wprentals.org/city/philadelphia/
All I’ve found to date is search results in a grid format, so I was wondering if the above was possible in this theme or if it would require custom coding to achieve.

How to Create Different Headers on Different single Pages?

Unfortunately, Kallyas version 4 doesn’t have the header builder functionality, you can choose from 17 header styles. Also if you still want to create a custom header on different pages on your website, deactivate the header on that specific page, here you can see: http://prntscr.com/pfz2pg , and then create with page builder a Custom section from Smart Area that you will use instead of header on that page.

Good morning HOGASH SUPPORT – Here is the reply from my ISP here. PLEASE can we have an update on where you are at with resolving the 522 no access error when we try to use my.hogash.com. We have themes we need to register and right now this is not possible? Do you have another way we can register the theme please??
FROM MY ISP: In reply to our pre-telephonic conversation about unable to use/login to “my.hogash.com , investigations on the issue you are currently having point towards “Cloudflare” and “my. Hogash”. Screenshots below show that “BunduNetworX” is not blocking you from using the hogash studio but rather show that possibly Cloudflare or hogash is blocking the connection(Please refer to highlighted screenshot below). Another possible error that unables you to login to the studio is , that “Hogash studio” might be using a cached version that’s why there is a message on the top left hand corner “Retry to use online”.

The categories and the archives display a default sub-header.
To edit this, you will need to access Kallyas Options > General Options > Default Sub-header options.

For product categories, you can only edit the sub-header area and the footer area, through page builder smart areas.
First you need to create your smart areas in WordPress Dashboard > Smart areas.
Once these are created, you can edit a product categorie and select the smart area you would like to use https://take.ms/myESp

Having trouble trying to save using the Kallyas theme, I’ve tried disabling all my other plugins, and clear the cache both for browsers and the plugin cache.
I tried to open a ticket through my hogash account but keep ending up in an endless loop of click on Support tickets, then click the Envato Login button, only to end back at the “Choose your action” page.
Need help desperately to update client’s site.

Hey guys … we have been building with Kallyas for the last year and a simply LOVE the flexibility of your framework – but I am VERY concerned – for the last week I cannot get to my.hogash.com – your site says CDN – Cloudflare cannot resolve your domain or website? Please let us know what is going on (perhaps this is limited to where we are located?).
I get the same error that pixelperfectinteractive refers to Error 522 – CDN service cannot resolve my.hogash.com.

Nammess – not sure how you expect us to do that if we CANNOT access my.hogash.com ??? As I mentioned above – I have tried on multiple browsers and from more than one location – my.hogash.com simply gives a 522 error with CLOUDFLARE info saying your host could not be reached.

Another update on my.hogash.com – I can see the login screen – but once you choose ENVATO login or myHogash Login and complete the login – then you end up on 522 error CDN page for cloudflare. I have tried this now from Thailand, South Africa, Portugal and USA – all with the same result. NAMMESS – Please help us?

I note that there are others above reporting the same issue – I tested from PC’s in a few countries and came up with 522 after login – looks like an issue with cloudflare resolve to your web resources. this is very strange as i have set cloudflare to development mode and disabled live version protection.
Looking at https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/my.hogash.com there seems that the site is working properly.
It may be possible that your ISP is blocking access to our site IP address. Do you have a different ISP that you can try to connect to our site? Maybe a VPN?

Trying a different ISP – a mobile network here is allowing your content to load – however, three major ISP’s in SA are not allowing it? So no idea why that would be?

Hello, With kallyas I want to set up a recipe website. because I love to use kalyyas and I don’t want to use another theme. For this I need a recipe post type built into kallyas. should not use a rich snippet except breadcrumb. I found an error in my website and i really need some help with this.
I want to update my homepage. But when I hit the Publish button the loader keeps spinning. I found that on other pages this error does not occur. I’ve troubleshooted the problem by deactivating the plugins but nothing worked. So i tried to make a new page with the same elements as on my homepage. Publishing worked until i reached 16 elements or more. From this point on the page won’t publish anymore.
I’ve cleared the cache from the page and the theme but this also doesn’t work. Also Wordpress and the theme are up-to-date.
I need help cause i don’t know how to fix this problem/error.
