You can remove/set the border of the Header from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Header.
And also you can remove/set the border of the Menu under Header from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Main Menu.
If it will not work for you then you can easily remove it using Custom CSS.

Hi. I have translated this whole theme to Brazilian Portugese. On the latest version, all the options on theme options (e.g. General, Skin, etc…) are not being translated. For translating the Page and Theme Options you have to translate the Porto Functionality plugin Language files as per your requirements.
Please download the latest plugin Portuguese (Brazil) language translation files from the below given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/plugins and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and select the site language as Portuguese (Brazil) Language and finally save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi. I found the problem. For some reason if I put the .po files on loco translate directory, it will wont load properly. When i put the files on /languages/themes insted on /languages/loco/themes it work just fine. Sorry for the anoying part.

For those with the same issue, the way the link works, you need to add the: %3A%2F%2F characters right infront of your domain name and omit the ”.”

I think your forgetting I am a customer as well. It doesn’t matter if I am the only one having the issue for now. Obviously you are our Customer and we do not deny it, but try to understand our limitations, the issue is only on your site and that may be your Link issue or you are not adding the link properly in the code, that was the reason I asked you to contact us via our support system so we can check it on your site.
And let’s try once like this: That section is actually the shortcode of the Porto InfoBox element, so copy the complete code from Header Builder as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/mnozesp
and then go to pages and create a new page and paste the code in it under Classic Mode editor as shown in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/z5e2mik
now turn the Classic editor as Backend editor and edit the Porto InfoBox element and change/set the URL in it as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/q7dmjs7
after saving it again turns the editor as Classic Mode and copy the shortcode from there and again paste it under Header Builder HTML Block and save it, Hopefully, it will work for you. If still, you will be unable to do it then the last possible option is to contact us so we will debug your site.

Porto is a great theme without any doubt. However, I can’t really understand why make over 20 sizes of each image, I have only 57 products and my images folder already over 500 MB. I would greatly appreciate if you guys provide me with a solution for this problem as I have a lot of products to add and this is kind of crazy. I only need the thumbnail on shop pages and the images on the single product page. Note: I only pur 1 to 3 images for each product and the size of each image doesn’t exceed 150 KB.

By default, WordPress generates three sizes of each image that you upload. Themes and plugins can generate additional image sizes which can easily push the number between 5 – 10. If you have a lot of image-based content on your site, then after a while this may increase your storage needs and backup file size. In the below-given articles, It will show you how to prevent WordPress from generating image sizes.

But i am afraid that is not the exact menu i am trying to achieve.
You can see what i am looking for in this site : https://unistat.com.cy. If you hover on “Shop by Categories” you will see all 1st level categories shown on a column/sidebar way on the left side. On hover of each of those categories, then a mega menu of 4 columns max is shown in the right area. In each of those columns you can see with orange headers the 2nd level category, and below those their “children”/3rd level categories. Some columns if you notice host more than one set of subcategories in order to keep consistency height-wise.
That is what i am looking for.
Let me know if it is doable using any of the themes features/elements or just with the menu please.

Hello we got this plugin becouse we have a very old version of this theme we want the contact info (phone number) to show up even when a user is scrolling on our page the old theme its working but the new one isent working. what settings do we need to enable to make it happen? we are talking about the contact info under Porto theme settings—> Header in there is the Contact Info
we also got header-top div that needs to be on top of the page every time. if i add #header.sticky-header .header-contact { display: inline-block !important; }
scroll down and then up the header-top isent showing on top it gets smushed into the menu
