I have a problem translating the theme to french. I have successfully translated ‘posted by” on pages by using poedit and uploading the po file to /wp-content/themes/h-code/h-code/languages.
However this does not translate “^posted by” on the Blog List and Blog Post Slider elements. I have looked everywhere and can’t find the .pot file for this ?

Lately I am having problems with Portfolio code, so tiles are overlapping, misaligned or showing up not spaced correctly, with what ever Portfolio Type and setting I choose. I have updated and downgraded back and forth any of these: wordpress, the baker, the theme and even PHP versions. Does anyone experience the same issue?

For your information it is better to select Masonry style if your images are of different height and then it should look fine. There is no issue in different portfolio styles as you can see in our online theme demo site.

Hi, thank you for your replay. I have been using this theme over 2 years and I never had a problem with any of the Portfolio styles until recently. I think the issue began after a Wordpress update or a theme update. Obviously I had tried Masonry style already, but it does not work like any of the other styles. It looks fine in preview mode but not on the live site.
My pages messed up after i import the demo layout. I really need help. Please reply to my ticket.

It is not recommended to import full demo data in live website. Anyway you can remove demo pages / posts by selecting multiple items and bulk option of trash.

Almost every time I upgrade the theme I need to clear my browser cache in order for the layout to work correctly. This creates a huge problem for my users because all the sudden they see the site is broken. I can’t ask everyone to clear their browser cache everytime I upgrade. What’s the solution?

If you are using server or plugin cache then it is recommended to flush cache and that should help but theme cannot control the cache of user’s local machine browser, so they need to remove their local browser cache to load updated CSS/JS files.

Theme is installed on renuvaswani.com and 16designstudio.com.
None is actually theme default means capital and hence it is showing capital. But we will add in future theme updates to have Default option for this and None should add text-transform: none property. Meantime you can implement custom css as per your requirement.

We have gone through the article and it’s process already, but the page is still not working. I have paid for the license once and I don want any changes, if the theme page is not working why would I have to renew item support.

First of all that slider is already working fine here – http://wpdemos.themezaa.com/h-code/agency-intro-v2/. Now in your setup that slider is not available, so how can your demo page display it. You can check browser console and there it is showing an error – Slider with alias intro-agency-v2 not found.
Another thing is your item support was expired on 12th Dec 2017 and that was the reason we asked to renew item support if you are looking for any guidance / replies from our team. It is up to you to renew or not, we do not force but as per Envato item support policy you should have active item support if you want any support from the team.

Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout Settings > Single Post/Custom Post Layout Settings > select Full width header layout and this setting can be done in edit post > H-Code Post Settings at bottom > Single Post Layout for any specific post.

Slider Revolution is conflicting with WPBakery and causing major problems. (I have established clearly this by disabling Slider Revolution, at which point: WPBakery works fine.)
I can’t update Slider Revolution it as it keeps asking for a purchase code. I only have a purchase code for entire H-Code bundle, and this code does not work. Am I supposed to have a code for Slider Revolution? If so, how do I find it?
The theme is not working as described. Please sort this out urgently.

I had version 2.0.1 already, but I did upload it again (with plugins) this morning. It still doesn’t work. There is a conflict between WPBakery and Slider Revolution.
For example, WPBakery does all kinds of unexpected things. When I scroll down a page it judders and shakes. However, if I deactivate Slider Revolution no longer shudders and shakes, – its smooth. So, I’m convinced there is a conflict.
Please sort it out as they both came with the theme, and my website requires Slider Revolution.

We have tested our theme demo site which have revolution sliders and those are working fine without any scroll issue. If required you can please remove your browser cache or check in private window.
But still we have forwarded it to our technical team for more checking, so if there will be any issue then they will correct it in upcoming theme update.

I have tried clearing all caches (browser and host server) again and again. I have also checked in a private window as you suggested. Same problem. I have also given my Host (Siteground) all your suggested requirements just in case its a problem server-side.
I am convinced this is an incompatibility / bug between WPBakery and Slider Revolution, because, – if I deactivate Slider Revolution, the shaking (in scroll-down) stops.
When will you be updating? Will it be very soon? Slider Revolution has had an update for quite a while now, and it says the update eliminates some bugs.
I have used Slider Revolution throughout my new (as yet unpublished) H-Code site, and I really want to publish this asap now….

I have the ability to create posts, but not the ability to see a page where all of these posts go (oftentimes themes will automatically make a page such as ”/posts” or ”/news” where this archive lives)

We can see your ticket# 999188784 was already replied yesterday with the request of your WP site access.
Basically you can create a new WP page with your desired url slug and then assign that page at Settings > Reading > Posts page, so that page will then list all blog posts.

Hi, I happened to notice that on mobile device, row background images lose resolution (they become blurry) when scrolling down and afterwards returning to that specific row section. is it a glitch that has been reported before? Let me know please.

The new center logo feature in the navigation bar isn’t aligning properly. Instead of the menu items going on each side of the logo it’s getting stacked on two lines on the left side. I’ve tried adjusting the size of the logo and choosing full width but nothing has worked.

In the case of center logo header style, you will need to create 2 menus and assign those in theme settings one for left of the logo and another for right side of the logo.

Thanks! That worked. Would it be possible to update the theme so that you can set the logo to any width you want and it would push the menus out with the logo rather than overlap it? Right now the logo can only be about 250px before the menu starts overlapping the logo even with the header full width enabled.
Randomly some icons are not working – has something changed recently that would impact the icons from showing? Black boxes appear now.

Hi there, the latest update of Slider Revolution wrecked every single slide, I used within a the clients website. All text layers are just a mess, maybe a conflict with Google fonts, I don’t know. Rebuilding every slide will take at least a day. Other solutions are highly appreciated. Cannot contact ThemePunch because it’s a pre-packaged plugin. Please help! Claus

Hi, I would like to hide the cover image for specific blog posts (not all). How can I achieve this?
For some blog categories I am using a different post structure where the cover image is not used. However, I need the cover image so that the blog page can show the post and not just a grey or null image.
