Hello there, amazing theme, but I’m having a few issues. My ticket number is PRIVATE TICKET #2189782>
1.) The cache level in the settings will not save. It is stuck on level 0 and won’t change or update.
2.) I’m receiving a 404 error code every time I select links on the back end inside the WordPress dashboard. Any link, random links, just making adjustments in general. After refreshing my google chrome browser a few times it will finally work, but repeats again soon after, effecting the workflow and use of the theme.
3.) As well as not being able to edit and change WPBakery Page Builder sections on the demo I uploaded.

Regarding your questions.
1. By default, WordPress doens’t have the option for caching level in Settings page. It seems this option is added by the cache plugin you are using. You should contact the author of this plugin and ask them about this problem.
2. It seems to be a problem from the cache plugin on your site too. Please try to deactivate this cache plugin and test it again.
3. Please open a ticket on the support site and provide your website address with the admin login credentials. Our supporters will help you check this issue.

I have no cache plugin installed at all. I believe this may be an issue with the theme because I have not adjusted any code.

UIXTHEMES has been very supportive and timely in their responses. The issue has confirmed to be the plugin “Google Analytics” that comes with the theme, not the theme itself. Since removing that plugin the theme has been flawless. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but that plugin wasn’t the cause of the problem. One day later those error issues have resurfaced and even further there are no options to customize my LOGO.

Are there any plans on adding a dark/light header option in the next update? It would be a huge improvement (especially in combination with transparent header) to be able to set dark/light header items on a per-row basis.

Hy, i have a problem with this theme… I want to have behind the menu a white background, and black text without content behind. Wen i go to header background and select background light in preview everything is ok but after saving the design look the same. What the problem? Please i want a fast solution. Thx.

It seems you set the header background separately for your page. When editing a page, you will see the “Display Settings” box bellow the editor. You can change the header background there.

I’ve added products to the shop with different sizes. Unfortunately, it is displayed as a dropdown for me while all sizes are shown for selection in the demo (e.g. product page v2). Is this a setting I can adjust somewhere?
And: Is it possible to selectively import from a demo? I don’t want all shop elements etc. to be imported but would just like to see how certain pages were created.

Regarding your questions.
1. Yes, we knew this UX issue. In the next update, we will add a new option that allow people to filter products instantly, no need to press the Filter button.
2. Actually, it is already supported in our theme. By default, this feature is disabled. You can enable an option in the theme settings panel to open the side-cart panel after added a product to the cart.
3. It’d great if you can help us translating this theme. At this moment, this theme is not translated to any other languages. It is only available in English.
