While trying to install the Demo today, I got this error: “503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!” Tried several times within a 3 hours timeframe, but no luck. Any idea what can be the cause?

As the message says, it’s a server error

I just bought the theme and I can’t install the demo, and it’s because I get an error when updating the WPBakery Page Builder where it says: “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?” Could you please help me?

Your demo installation issue can’t depend from WP Bakery Page Builder. This plugin comes with bundle license and does not need a license to work.

As mentioned before, the demo imported can’t be affected in any way from WP Bakery page builder.
Just remember to install the latest version of the theme. You can download it here: https://themeforest.net/downloads
Regarding your issue with the blank screen is for sure something related with your hosting and not from the product.

I can´t enter the site, because say that my username its alredy exist, and when a try to create a new password the next message appears: “The email could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function”. So I cannot register again or change the password to access this forum.

To the author. It is one of my favorite theme but experiencing a critical bug since long time. It used to work seamlessly around 6 months ago. but it is surprising that why this CRITICAL bug has not come under any one’s notice. I thought it would be fixed in new updates but it didn’t fix in last 2-3 updates.
the bug is, any (new/existing) page/post/event/any kind of submit doesn’t work if the content has anything embedded other than simple test. as example if you try to embed an image/link/video in post/page/event it breaks EVERY time.

This sounds quite strange to us and honestly it’s the first time we hear it from our customers, for this we’ve just tested the theme on a new fresh installation and everything is fine. We’ve tried adding an image (without any text), link, video and other included shortcodes and the page loads correctly without any bug.
Most of the time, this kind of issues are generated from conflicts with third-party plugins installed on your WordPress installation.
Just try to disable all the unbundled plugins and check if the problem persists.

Appreciate your quick response. your support is another thing for which I like this theme. Based on your response I deactivated almost all plugins (except the recommended plugins for the theme) but the issue still exists. even if I update an old page which has image its breaking with 404 error.
currently i have only below plugin active. rest all I deactivated.

I’m trying a complete fresh installation to test my earlier issue in above comment. while importing demo content its giving below error. I’m using PHP 7.3 (ea-php73) in a shared hosting.

I’m sorry for this situation but I’ve just tested again the theme on PHP 7.3 in a fresh installation and all is running well and imported properly from demo contents.
404 error could be generated by your permalinks. Just try to save theme again or try to switch permalinks type and check again.
About the importing issue, You have wordpress importer activated. Just deactivate it and run the demo importer again.
You could also try to install the them on a different hosting to check if your provider has some problems.

Good morning, I purchased the template a few days ago and I am disappointed, I didn’t realize that there are no images. How are we able to get the right size image so you can make it look like your template? Can you tell me where you got the images from? Also the front end of Visual Composer is not working it is going to be impossible to make it look like your template without image size. Generally all the pics are 1600×900 px.
Visual Composer frontend is disabled by purpose as it doesn’t support the custom components added by our theme. By the way, if you need some help editing your pages feel free to ask us on the helpdesk (link above).
Regarding the home page font, you can customize typography by going on your backend, then Appearance -> Customize -> Typography.

I would have to say your support is great, however I am having so many problems with the website. Right now it is not formatting correctly at full page. I wish I could show you a screen shot. I have been on the phone all day with my hosting company and they cant find where to change the Facebook share bare with is causing to not show full page. PLEASE help me to figure this out.

Hello! Could you please clarify to me what you mean with “Do you show a purchas? Purchase and relative download of a product is strictly related with the account you bought the theme from. hi your theme on mobile does not have a fixed header so when the user scrolls the menu is not following them on top of their screen. How can we activate the fixed header for mobile?

Hello! As I can see your support has expired and I can’t go too far with the answer. I’ve just checked on my demo installation and the event slideshow shortcode works like a charm.
I can’t understand what do you mean when saying “slug and anything”: the event slideshow shortcode works on all pages, the page slug doesn’t matter. It pulls items from the event post type and you can set a number of items to show, change the button label “Read more”and filter by category (you can find the slug under the event type section).
If something is not working properly you should check the events date or trying to disable all the third-party plugins not bundled with the theme and check again (maybe some of these could interfere with our code).

Hi- Great theme. Full featured, yet simple to use. I got my site all set up, but noticed that the site name in the header gets covered by the menu icon when viewed mobile or if you shrink the desktop screen. I can’t edit anything in this theme. I’m either totally lost or there are some missing pieces. For example, when I add the image to the main page header default image nothing ever appears in the site. What would cause that? It seemed like the installation was fine.

After wordpress 5 upgrade WP Bakery messed my every pages. pages are no longer customizeable. I see a comment on this page (posted by author 10 months ago) that the wpbakery update will be with next theme update. I have updated my theme but still the same issue will page edit. WP Bakery was suppose to be updated if it was pushed through theme update. this theme has a big dependency with WP Bakery.
Solved!! surprisingly the plugin got updated when I updated it manually. pages are back to editable now. great .

Hello bettyboop352 and thanks for reaching us. Our theme is Woocommerce fully integrated and also any other third party plugins should work without any major issues. You could only have to edit some CSS to fit the plugin graphics with the theme style.

Included with the theme there is no such feature and you should add testimonials manually. Then these, would be added to a dedicated archive page (http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach/testimonials/) and could be used automatically on sliders like the one on our main demo homepage (http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach/)
If you are looking for user submitted testimonials, you should go to the WordPress repository but they will not be fully integrated and automated with our theme.

Hello avaneesh0977, thanks for reaching us. Lifecoach is not a multisite theme: this means you can install it unlimited times but you will not able to activate plugins and import demo contents.
If you are developing your website on multiple subdomains you could consider All in One Migration plugin to export your website and install onto your subdomains.

Is it possible to collect payments to book tickets for the events on this theme? If yes, does the theme use woocommerce for payment?

Lifecoach WordPress Theme doesn’t include a tickets booking system but for sure you can achieve it using Woocommerce (fully integrated with the theme) creating products as tickets. Then you have just to copy the link of the product you’ve created in Woocommerce and paste it on the relative event page. Easy Peasy!
